Ciel pushed the button on the register, causing it to sling open with a 'ding' before he pushed it closed, then repeated the cycle again. "Ciel, stop messing with the damn register!" A voice called out from the back of the shop, his coworker of course. He was a average height kid, about the same age as Ciel, roughly fifteen years of age. "Hf.." He rolled his eyes leaving the rather empty, should I should note, machine alone. "C'mon its your turn to take orders.." He said slapping ciels back, causing the bluenette to jump off his stool. "Hgh, bloody- that hurt.." He grumbled standing up. The apron he wore wrinkling up around his waist from his being seated previously. Ciel wasn't the most sociable, so he usually hid behind the register, Hoping they'd forget it was his turn to take orders. Unfortunately, they never did. They seemed to make it a priority to remember just to torment the poor kid in their own sly ways. Ciel walked over to a table, where a man sat, unusually long raven coloured hair covering his head. He walked up to the man, saying the usual dreary, 'I'll be your waiter, blahblahblah, order, blahblah, the specials..' Once he finished, he looked up at the man, awaiting is order. "Mm, get me what ever looks good.." The man stated, the order being unusual in itself. Now the next events that took place, may have been due to the way the man seemed to look at Ciel, or the fact that Ciel was loosing his breath just standing there causing there to be a lack of oxygen making its way to his head, but Ciel simply replied with, "I'm sorry, I'm afraid I can't get you yourself." Before he bit his tongue, realizing he'd said that aloud, rather than thinking it. But instead of the usual, 'why I'll be damned- you should be ashamed!' The normal speech a person would give, the man just smirked, replying in a smooth velvety voice. "No, I suppose not, but that's fine. I'd much rather have you." And that shot a cold shiver down the boys spine. The reply driving more fear into his very soul. He'd have rather been yelled at, the whole coffee shop was staring at the two. "A-an vanilla coffee it is!" Ciel said, quickly turning on his heels to scurry away. There was no saving himself from that one.
