"You should be happy that I gave you free shampoo cause I'm sure you can't afford one. From the way you dress, I know that you're a lowlife " Brittany added
"What are you doing here?! Haven't you done enough?" I said
"Oh this is just the beginning sweetie, you should be grateful that it was a sweet smelling yoghurt I spilled on you, next time your snotty sister here dares to challenge me, you'll have to remove honey and caramel from your hair, or even something disgusting... And you Alexa..." Brittany said and held Alexa by her hair
"This is your last warning..."
"Let go of me Brittany!" Alexa whimpered
"Let her go Brittany!!" Natalie and I said trying to stop Brittany but was prevented by Trisha and Madison
"Next time, what I'll do to you will be worse than what happened the last time..." Brittany said and let go of her hair
She hurtled backwards and smiled
"Buh-bye girls" Brittany said and left the changing room
Alexa leaned on a locker, slid down slowly, crouched and sobbed quietly.
"Alexa, please don't cry. It hurts me to see you like this" I said as I crouched
"But why me? . . . What have I done to deserve this from Brittany? Why does she hate me so much? Why does she want to make my life miserable? Why... Why does she want to make me feel like a nobody?. . ."
Natalie crouched
". . . Is it because because I'm not as good looking as she is or is it because I'm not as rich as she is... Anna, am I that bad?" Alexa asked crying
" No!. . . Not at all. You are a very beautiful and well mannered young lady. Your net worth doesn't define who you are, it is who you are on the inside that matters... And you're looks... Your pretty looks is what attracted me to you the first day we met. Trust me you're beautiful inside out." I said wiping Alexa's tears off
"Yes Alexa, you don't really have to take what bratty Brittany or mad Madison or trashy Trisha says to you to heart. . ." Natalie said
Alexa chuckled softly
"You're perfect just the way you are" Natalie added
"Thanks you guys, thank you so much. No one has ever consoled me like this in a very long while" Alexa said
" So thank your lucky stars that we're here. Let's go or we'll miss our next class" I said and stood up
"Yeah, let's go" Alexa said
The bell for the last period had rung and all the 11th graders had changed into their P.E uniforms for our gym class.
When we got to the sports hall, the teacher, Miss Helen called our attention by greeting.
"Afternoon class!" Miss Helen said
"Good afternoon Miss Helen" All the students replied
"Ok! . . . So today we'll be working in pairs so I'm going to pick a partner for each and every one of you, is that clear?" Miss Helen asked
"Yes miss Helen" All the students replied
"Great! Now all the girls toy right hand side and all the guys to my left hand side... Come on now, chop chop!" Miss Helen said as we sluggishly divided ourselves.
She began pairing is one after the other.
"Andrea and Dylan, Emma and Brandon, Milly and Robin, Alicia and Allen, Brittany and Scott. . ."
