RUDHITA : The Destiny Written

part 12 : the ending

The afternoon passed by and now it was dinner time but both of them didn't forget that special moment of them for even a second. Bondita went to kitchen to help the servants like before and everyone denied her at once but no one can fight back the stubbornness of her. Everyone went on the table and Anirudh was also present there but his eyes were finding Bondita but she was there in kitchen. Everyone was stunned to see this behavior of Anirudh although they were happy inside as they knew that Bondita was the only girl who is best for him as they already experienced Saudamini. Kaka coughed and Anirudh made his first morsel. Anirudh smiled as he saw Bondita coming out of the kitchen with the tray and Anirudh finally took the first  morsel. He wanted to smile like a fool but he controlled himself. She came to the table and he smelled his favourite kheer with her. She took some bowls and poured kheer in them, and then she took some spoons and started  serving them. She firstly thought to give it to Anirudh so she held the bowl by her right hand and was just keeping it on the table when Anirudh thought to tease her a bit. He held her hand while others were busy in eating. Bondita asked him to remove his grip on her hands but all her attempts went in vain.
Kaka looked up for water when he left her hand and she sighed. Everyone took dinner and were gone to their respective rooms but Bondita was left behind as she had to eat at last.
She took her dinner and went to study as her mind made a high urge to to make her meet Anirudh. She went to the door where she saw Anirudh taking a pill. She carefully noticed that ut was a sleeping pill. He took three to four pills in his hands when she came in and asked him to show the pills to her and he ignored her. Actually Anirudh was in habit to take those pills at night or else he was not able to sleep in the nights as he was continuously thinking of her or husband mistake that he made 7 years ago. Bondita held his hand and threw those pills on the ground and Anirudh yelled at her..
"Are you mad bondita.."
"I am alright you're mad.. Are you mad you're taking three pills at a time. "
"I am in habit of taking them and if I don't take them I'll not be able to sleep.. "
Tears brimmed her eyes..
"Aapp.... " (You..)
"Yes yes yes.. Even after knowing that they are dangerous I take them because I can't sleep without them.. I can't stop my thoughts.. I can't stop my guilt.. "
He broke down.. It's been said that crying removes the pain or help in bearing it. It was his first time he broke down and cried. He went on his knees and started crying bitterly..

Paas aaye.. Duriyaa phir bhi kam na hui..
Ek adhuri si..hamari kahani rahi..
Aasma ko zameen yeh zaroori nahi..
Janle janle..
Ishq sacha wahi jisko milti nhi manzile.. Manzile..

She too bend down too him and patted his back. He held her hand and said, " I am extremely sorry Bondita.. I made you suffer the pain that is unbearable.. " She nodded in no.. but she wanted him to break that the breakdown may help him in healing.. "I am the one who caused you trouble.. I am the one who did all this mess by throwing you out of the house.. I am the one who gave chance to Anand that he could force you.. I am sorry Bondita.. " She couldn't say anything as her soul was shaking but she took him in a tight hug.

Rang the noor tha.. Jab karib Tu tha..
Ekk jannat sa tha yeh jahaan..
Wakt ki rait pe ikk tere naam sa..
Likh ke chor gya tu kaha..
Hamari.. Adhuri kahani..

He rested his head on her chest and now he was able to hear her heartbeat.. As her was taking pills his mind was freezed for a time and he was getting rush of hormones time to time.. (As I already mentioned..) Due to rush of hormones.. He kissed her uncovered chest and Bondita moaned.. She didn't expected him to do that but unknowingly her hands went to his hair. He felt her touch and was left astonished. The person who was not able to sleep without pills was taken asleep in seconds just by feeling her touch.. After a while, Bondita too her him snoring and smile came on her lips.. She lifted him with all the energy she had and placed him on sofa. Though he was a bit awake by the pushes and pulling on his body and helped her a bit but he didn't respond much. He was now reating on the couch when she saw a pack of letters kept on the table..
She took it and saw that a lot of dirt was mud was formed on it. It helped her to gain more curiousity. She went to the table and kept it there and sat beside it, on the ground. She took it and read it..
First letter..

Dear Anirudh,
Hope you're well.. Kaka told you're coming back this month.. I am hell excited to meet you.. I miss you so much.. i am the happiest person on the earth as baba assured me that we'll get married for sure. Today I am very happy.. I know that India has lack of resources but baba said you'll take me back to London and we'll stay there. Do you know I have planned a gift for you. I have planned a big surprize and I can't wait to tell it to you.. Okay so I'll give you a hint and the hint is it's about our marriage..

Tears brimmed her eyes and she was all broken.. She remembered the day when she came and after connecting dots she came with reality that Anirudh didn't wanted to get married with her. but her heart denied. She felt his touch on her. It was so good that signalled her that he has her and no one else. She opened the next letter..

Dear mini..
I am well.. Hope you are too soo.. I am missing you too and my thoughts for you are endless. I am always thinking about you.. I really want to see you now.. I saw your photo and I am astonished to see such a beauty. I read your letter and I am happy for baba's words. And moreover I am also hell excited for the surprize you planned and I want to come back soon and hug you tightly.. Missing you and love you again..

She left other letters and ran out of the study. Batuk saw her running with tears in her eyes towards the room of kaka and understood that she suffered from a heartbreak again and saw in study to see what happened. He saw the letters and ran behind her. He knew all the story from beginning so he knocked the door of her room. She opened the door after cleaning her tears but it took no time to him to say that, "were you crying.. " Bondita hugged him tightly and he too hugged him back. Moments passed and he felt her breath becoming short. He already witnessed a person having panic attacks so he called Somnath there.. Som came and firstly helped him to make her lie and he gave her the medicine. Meanwhile kaka too came into the matter but Anirudh was sleeping yet. Batuk told everyone the story and everyone assured her to calm down but no one was able to explain her that Anirudh loves her. Bondita gained her concious and requested them not to make her understand the matter as she don't want to instead she pleased the family to send her away from the family and Anirudh as her last wish. Everyone agreed and she was sent Kolkata with Batuk.
In the morning, she was sent and Anirudh was still sleeping. She went in the room and touched his feet again. He felt the touch and tear came in his eyes. It was like he was crying like her even he was asleep. She went to his face as wiped his tear when he held her hand but she carefull jerked it off. She kissed his forehead and left. He couldn't react but feel that she will be loosing her forever. He was asleep till now as he got a good sleep after a long time.
When he woke up he felt a tear on his right cheek and wiped it up and sat. He saw letters and a tear on them. It took no time to him shouting "Bondita.. Bondita. "

So it was the last chapter.. Sorry guys I know that many people wanted a happy ending a "nok jhok" But I wanted to end a ff with a sad ending.. I thought that I'll give matured content but then I changed my mind..
