𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬 laughed loudly at the tv in her bedroom as watched one of her favorite movies, Friday After the next.
Her laughter then died down after a while as she put her focus back onto the movie.
Feeling her phone starting to vibrate on the blanket next to her she grabbed it, smiling once she saw who was calling.
She answered the call her smile dropping a little once she saw her girlfriend, Maya with irritation plastered on her face.
"What's wrong?" Alexis asked softly, sitting up a little
"My manager is making me close up tonight so im going to be home later than I was hoping" Maya said sighing making Alexis start to frown
"I know ma im sorry, I'll try to make it home as soon as I can" Maya said seeing the sad look on her girls face
"We had plans for tonight, what's gonna happen now?"
"Baby we can still watch movies when i get home if im not too tired; but I gotta go baby"
"Okay, love you" Alexis said making Maya shake her head
"Say it right" Maya said making the girl smile a little
"I love you daddy"
"I love you too baby" Maya said before they hung up the call
