The FBI records show files that the warrant has been on her but she hasn't yet been arrested .
The authorities at that time, didn't wanna arrest her because she had children and "didn't wanna bother her"
Carolyn Bryant's husband and Half brother were acquitted for his murder .
There was no evidence of the kidnapping warrant was ever dismissed . Carolyn Bryant was still never arrested even when the warrant was found .
