George: “Ummm.. I don’t know Leah! I would love to be married to (Your Name) though! It would be amazing to call her Mrs Shelley!”
Leah: “Awwh!”
You: “Oh my gosh! It’s nearly 6pm! Where did the time go?”
George: “Haha! We’ve been having fun!”
Leah: “Tonight the high street Christmas fayre is on!”
You: “Oh yeah! It’s starts in an hour! George, do you fancy coming down with us?”
George: “Sure!”
You all got into your coats and wrapped up warm. You and George put a hat, scarf and gloves on Leah to make sure she would be warm enough. You walked down the road to get to the high street and it was full of people! Fairy lights were all over the place. Carol singers and even a giant elf!
Leah: “Wow!”
You decided to take Leah’s hand in case she got lost, and George took the other.
You: “George, I think we need to be careful. The press could cause havoc if they see you here!”
Leah: “(Your Name) I wanna see Santa!”
You: “Okay! Let’s get in the queue”
You and George walk towards Santa’s Grotto and stood in line. After ten minutes of waiting, you finally get to Santa, and Leah sits on his knee.
Santa: “Hello little girl! Wow you’re pretty, what’s your name?”
Leah: “Leah.”
She smiled at him sweetly.
Santa: “Ahh Leah! What a lovely name! Have you been a good girl this year!”
Leah: “Yes.”
Santa: “Jolly good! So what can Santa give you for Christmas this year?”
Leah smiles and starts whispering in his ear.
Leah: “To be an auntie!”
You and George couldn’t make out what she was saying…
Santa: “Ho, ho, ho! Well I’m sure you will be with time! You little princess! I have you a little something!”
He reached into a big brown sack and handed Leah a pink present with a Christmas card.
Leah: “Wow! Thanks Santa!”
She gave him a big hug and waved him good bye.
You and George took Leah’s hands again and continued to walk along the high street.
George: “Awwwh this is lovely!”
It was lovely. Until the press spotted George.
You: “Quick! Run!”
George carried Leah as you both legged it back to your house.
