[Federal Republic of Friesholan, Government District of Frampton: Presidential press briefing room.]

In the room gathered were a number of people from the press, from newspapers, magazines, and the television networks with their large cameras. The room was in a flurry of chatter with the sudden press release from the country's president.

The chatter was broken when the President entered the room and stood at the podium in front of the cameras and members of the press.

"My fellow countrymen, as the President and commander and chief. It is my duty to the Friesholanese people to report that hostile action was done against Friesholanese Naval vessels on the high seas in the vicinity of the island nation of Fenn." The man began before continuing.

"Have today required me to order our nation's military forces to take action and reply." He said before pulling out a paper containing a detailed report of what happened.

"The initial attack on the Destroyer Walker on August 4th was repeated today by a number of hostile torpedo boats from the Parpaldian Navy, attacking two of our Destroyers with torpedoes." He read from the report.

"The destroyers and supporting aircraft acted at once, on the orders I gave on the initial act of aggression by the Parpaldian Navy, they are to defend themselves however they see fit. We believe four of the attacking boats were sunk, there were no casualties from our side." He continued as he turned a page from the report.

"And I shall immediately request congress to pass a resolution, that'll make it clear that our government is united in its determination to take all necessary measures in support of Fenn's freedom and in defense of peace in the region of Fenn." He said as he paused and put down the after action report.

"It is my solemn responsibility to order, even limited military action by forces whose overall strength is as vast and awesome, as those forces of Friesholan. But it is my considered conviction shared with Fenn's government." He said looking at the cameras.

"That is the firmness of the right is indispensable today for peace. That firmness shall always be measured by its mission..." He said before trailing off and taking a breath.

"Its mission is peace." The man finishes his statement with a round of applause from the room's occupants at the President's resolute response to the Parpaldian aggression in the region.
