"I'm caden but everyone calls me smoke"

Dil:
It was the first day back to school after summer break and normally I wouldn't be as nervous as I am right now. I just moved here and I have no idea what the schools even called. my dad registered me last minute and so I was most likely put into the crappier classes.

I've been sat outside of the school for maybe a half an hour now, waiting for the first bell to ring so that I and so many other students could walk in and figure out where we're all going. I'm in eleventh grade, which sucks because now I have one more year left of school. I just want it all to be over as soon as possible.

When the bell finally rang I pushed through the other teens and sighed in relief when I made it through the doors. The school wasn't big but it also wasn't small either. I would still probably have trouble getting around though. I have the worst sense in direction.

I walked in a bit further before walking to the door that said office. I was thankful that they labeled the rooms because if they didn't I would probably be crying in a dark corner right now. School is a scary place.

The office was a large rectangular room with two desks and two office ladies as I like to call em' The bigger ladie with poofy red hair gave me a sweat smile as she pushed a cookie jar my way. "Go on then" she said in the most adorable country accent ever. I smiled back at her before reaching to the jar and pulling out a chocolate chip cookie. "Thank you" I said and in reply she smiled.

"Do you need your schedule?" She asked me and I nodded. Right that second a boy walked through the door. He was arguing with a small girl with bright pink hair and a nose ring.

"You can't just hit on my girlfriend" she said to him and I almost laughed "I'm gay Lisa, it shouldn't matter stop being a jealous cunt" she rolled her eyes at him before crossing her arms over her chest and mumbling "homewrecker"

The guy had dirty blonde hair that was curly and shaven at the sides, he had a piercing in his lips and blue eyes and I think his smirk made me go hard for a second but I don't know. I ignored his intense stare before clearing my throat and taking my schedule from the red haired lady.

"This is Caden" she said pointing towards the boy who seemed to still stare at me through her words "he'll show you around" and just when she said that Caden had me by my arm and was pulling me out of the office along side Lisa the girl with the girlfriend and nosering.

When we were half way down the hallway he slowed down and let go of my arm "I'm Caden, but everyone calls me smoke"

"Why smoke?" I ask and he smirks whilst pulling out a pack of cigarettes "this is why" and then he lit one up, right in the middle of the hallway. Lisa just rolled her eyes before waving goodbye to the two of us and walking into her classroom.

"What's your name" he asked with his signature smirk that I thought never left his face.

He was unbelievably hot and I think he knew that because every time I blushed and looked away he seemed to stand straighter and smirk even more if that's even possible.

"Dillon but everyone calls me Dil" he laughs "like Dil pickle right" I roll my eyes at him whilst crossing my arms over my chest "no"

"I like your hair" he randomly said "kind if emoish, but its cool"

I smiled at him showing off my dimples "thank you, I like yours as well" he nodded as if to thank be before breathing in the fumes of his cigarette.

"You're cute" he then said before grabbing my arm and leading me to my very first class.

After school ended I walked straight home, glad that I didn't walk into Caden or smoke as he liked to be called. He was basically the definition of beauty and what creeped me out the most was that he thought that I was cute. Me, myself, I, Dillon Howlter. Never ever has anyone ever called me cute.

And it scared me. Maybe he called me cute just to make me feel better about myself.

I sighed at my thoughts before leaning back on my bed. I wanted to go upstairs and look at more of Dan and Phil's things but I couldn't until my dad leaves for work and he doesn't for another half an hour.
Which sucked balls. They were beautifully matched by God himself. They were literally perfect for each other. From what I've seen. I just, I needed to know who they were. Why they were making videos and why they edited them kissing and stuff out of their videos.

I sat up from my bed and pulled out my IPhone 8 (you'll understand later)

My best friend Adain has yet to message me and the only notification I have is from YouTube saying that AmazingNate has posted a video.

I smiled and opened the app. His chirpy face appeared on the screen along with an older looking guy "hey guys, sorry this video is so late, but I'm here with my dad Phil, my other dad is like having another mid life crisis, you see today is my dads birthday and he's turned forty five, which really isn't that old okay"

"Whatever" a voice called from the other room causing Phil to laugh and Nate to roll his eyes. The video went on a lot like this and I just couldn't help but fall in love with Nate even more then I already have. Too bad he's straight though. I mean he says he's straight but maybe he's just in the closet. I hope he's gay. We'd never end up together if he were though. I'm just me and he's Nate Lester the most amazing guy on the planet. You know besides smoke. Because who am I kidding Caden is really hot and he actually thinks I'm cute.

After a half an hour goes by my father was out the door and I was in the attic with the laptop in my lap.

I once again opened the same file and smiled when their faces popped up.

Flashback for Dan & Phil:

Dan looked over at Phil with a smirk "you know" he said "We could always come out to the fans today" Phil shook his head with a sigh "I'm not ready Dan" he replied and rubbed his hands over his face

End of flashback

I frowned at the video and clicked in the next one.

Dan was video taping Phil who was on his bed trying to put together a Pokemon jigsaw puzzle that I just found so adorable.

"Whatcha doin' there Philly" I smiled even wider. They were perfect for each other.

And they made me happy.
