Detective Stockholm

A 21 year old man named Jabulani is obsessed with a girl named Dora. Jabulani and Dora study at the same university and he is studying to become a detective which just so happens to mean he knows how to not leave evidence behind. He stalks her every night and He watches her sleep and takes photographs to paint her and sends her the painting anonymously, so she calls the police. The police obviously can't find evidence so they close the case for the time being.

One day Jabulani thinks of an idea to kidnap Dora until she develops Stockholm syndrome but he didn't know ANYTHING about psychology so he stole one of his friend's (Thandi) textbooks. Jabulani manages to kidnap Dora and brings her two meals a day. One day he has Thandi and he's other friend Johanes over for a movie thinking that Dora was well hidden. Thandi and Johanes find her and think about running away and pretending they saw nothing because although this was insane they would never throw their friend of 5 years under the bus. Jabulani hears their conversation and kidnaps them in a panic. Thandi and Johanes see Dora and they try to calm her down and tell her everything will be fine over time. They begin to get to know her and even become somewhat friends. A few days later three new missing persons cases were being investigated. They were in there for days maybe months, they weren't really sure.

Jabulani sometimes didn't feed Thandi and Johanes  because he thought it was betrayal when they thought about just running instead of helping him and that was bad. One particular day they passed out because of lack of food and Dora was super scared because Johanes is the one studying this NOT her. Thandi was still in the room but slowly opened the door and there she saw a dark passage and no Johanes and Dora. Thandi was curious about the passage and began walking down it, as Thandi began walking she realised it looked like the Hollywood star walky thing(she did not know what it was called). She saw one but instead of having the name of a celebrity it said 'You are rude and disrespectful'. Thandi was always insecure that the jokes she made about people were rude and disrespectful so something in her wanted to step on the star. Thandi stepped on the star and immediately started to sink into it. As she was sinking in, she was also burning as if she had unwillingly stepped into fire. The star also spoke to her and yelled 'Using humor as a coping mechanism won't get you anywhere.' 'How are they supposed to know it was just a joke. ', things like this were said from the star and it overwhelmed her so she tried her best to get herself out and it worked. Thandi saw many more stars with many things she was insecure about and something in her wanted to step in all of them and she didn't know why, it was like an urge.

Johanes was no longer in the basement but instead was in a place similar to a movie theater. Johanes sat down as it began playing and for some reason he was glued to the television. It began playing all the things he had regretted doing in his life. It showed the time he bullied an eight year old, he regretted this too much to express. Every time Johanes saw young children it reminded him of how he was towards them :rude,unfriendly and many other bad things.

Johanes regretted many many things from his past but thought he could put it behind him but it hid lurking in the shadows you couldn't see it but you could feel its presence. When the end credits began to roll was exactly when Thandi reached the end of her star walk. Jabulani had brought some food for Dora and saw his "friends" but walked away as if he hadn't seen anything. Dora had begged him to help them and said she'd do anything to help them, Jabulani had always been someone with his head in the gutter so he only agreed to help them under one circumstance.

Jabulani immediately went to her and kissed her, with out consent, but she kissed him back because she knew this was the only way to help them. When everything was done Jabulani took one of Johanes' textbooks and looked for something to help them. Jabulani found something and helped them then gave them food but little did he know, that when he took Dora to his room she had called the police while he took a shower.
A few minutes later there were police in the room arresting Jabulani. Thandi and Johanes looked traumatised and dead inside and so did Dora. The police and ambulance made sure everything was OK and they were all healthy before calling them a thereapist. Thandi, Johanes and Dora got therapy and got to know each other better from all that had happened.

The funny thing was how the only reason Johanes and Dora were dating a few years later is because of Jabulani.
