A/N: hey! so i'm probably going to update only on the weekends now, sorry y'all. Maybe if i have free time on a weekday i'll upload, but most likely not.
On the next school day, Finney is walking through the halls. He's accompanied by Griffin, who is telling him all about this new candy that came out. Finney stops in front of his class, waving bye to Griffin.
The thing is, this is his class with Robin in it aswell. Finney is nervous, he knows they are on good terms now, but of course he's still going to be nervous. Finney just exhales dramatically, before walking in.
Robin is already there, sitting in his usual seat, across from Finney. Robins eyes look up at the sound of a person entering, those same eyes lighting up just a bit when he sees it's Finney. Finney sends him a barely there smile, before sitting down.
They are only 30 minutes into the class, when a crumpled up paper ball lands on Finneys desk. Finney looks over at Robin, Robin looking straight ahead, with a smirk on his face. Finney sighs, before opening the note.
"Hey think you can stop by after school? My grade in math has been horrible ever since you know..
-Robin"
Finney sighs, before looking over at Robin, clearing his throat to get the boys attention. Robin looks over, and Finney nods at him, making Robin smile.
-
-"Ms. Becker can suck my cock. She's all up in my fucking business all the time." Vance says, walking beside Finney. Both boys were walking towards the exit of the school. "Yeah, she does seem annoying." Finney says, agreeing.
They walk out, walking along the gate of the school now. Suddenly, someone approaches Finney from behind, "Yo! Finney!" A voice says.
Finney and Vance stop, looking behind them. Robin jogs up to them, stopping infront of them. Vance is sending Robin a look full of disgust.
Ah, Finney forgot that Robin hadn't made up with the others yet.
"Hey Robin." Finney greets, side-eyeing Vance. Robin seems to ignore Vance's presence, staring at Finney.
Finney turns to Vance, "Hey uh, i'll see ya tomorrow. Cool?" he says. Vance just looks at him, confused, "Yeah. Cool." Vance grunts out. Vance walks across the street, leaving the two boys alone.
Finney bounces on his heels, cringing at the awkward silence. "Well, let's go!" Robin says, beginning to walk again. Finney shakes his head, before walking after the boy.
They walk in silence, occasionally broken by Robin asking a question.
They arrive at Robins house, Robin unlocking the front door. Finney smirks at the way Robin struggles to take the key out of the lock, before Robin finally pushes the heavy door open.
Finney is immediately hit with the smell of lemon, well that hasn't changed. They head to Robins room, Finney taking note of how more messy it is then it normally was.
They both just stand in the middle of the room, not moving. Finney coughs, "Well, let's get started." he says, plopping down on the floor, Robin plopping down next to him.
-
-They study for hours, until Robin is finally confident about the math.
It's 7:48pm, Finney should get home. "Hey Robin, I better get going now." Finney says, beginning to put all his stuff back in his backpack. Robin nods, standing up.
Finney finishes packing up, Robin walking him to the door.
Finney steps out onto the porch, turning around to look at Robin, who is leaning against the doorway.
"I'll see you tomorrow Robin, hopefully you can talk to the rest of the group soon." Finney says, sending him a smile.
"Yeah, I hope so too." Robin says, smiling back. Robin thinks about it, before getting off of the doorway, walking to Finney. Finney raises his eyebrows in confusion.
Suddenly, Finney feels arms wrap around his shoulders and neck. Robin was hugging him, and Finney realized at that moment how much he missed the other boys hugs. Finney hesitates, before loosely wrapping his arms around Robins waist.
They stay like that for a few seconds, before pulling away. Robins face is noticeably pink, making Finney smile a bit.
"Bye Finn." Robin says, walking back into his house.
"Bye Rob." Finney says, waving at the other boy, before walking off.
Robin watches Finney until he is out of sight, before closing the door. Robin leans against the closed door, putting his face in his hands.
Both boys having big smiles on their faces.
