That's Life for you Chapter 3

I finsh my song and hear the sound of moment behind me i turn my head to a boy about my age in all black his eyes locked on me

"May i help you?" i say give a little adittude

"I heard you singing from inside and came out to see who it was Im Maxx" he says giving me his hand to help me up

"Oh Im Avirl" i say back

" like the singer?"he jokes

"no if only i was as talented as her" i laugh then my phone rings i take it out of my back pock and look at the caller I.D It reads 'Jaxon <3'

"i have to take this sorry" i say to Maxx he nods

Me: Hello?

Jaxon: Babe where did you go? Are you okay?

Me: Calm down i just went for a walk after i punched that girl in the face in the face, on top of her kissing you i needed a little time by my self

Jaxon: oh okay Babe where are you ill pick you up

Me: Na Babe ill just walk home that you though well i got to go love you

Jaxon: Okay love you to babe

Me: bye

I turn around and Maxxis still there "Boyfriend?" he ask

"Huh?" i say

"Was that you boyfriend? you know the one on the phone"

"Oh yea it was" i say as a women walks out of the house and waves to Maxx

"Kool well i got to go back inside bye Avril"

"Bye Maxx" with that he turns around and heads back into the house i watch him the hole way the i watch him close the door i wait the i hear a faint sound of music playing and the words stung me mind this is a song id listen to when i was put down by others then i found out no one deserves to be put down so i became who i am today the words say:

it was my favorite band Blood on the dance floor it was the song Dont wanna be like you I look up to the second story of the house and see the boy Maxx looking out the window down at me with the window open so i yell up to him

"you like Blood on the dance floor?"

"yea im going to there consert neek week" he smiles

"Oh my God i am to Maybe ill see you there" i smile back up at him

Well I got to go my freind Mo will probly be going crazy looking for me BYE" i wave at him

"Bye Avril" i hear him say as i turn and take off running

"Where the Heck have you been" Mo Questions me as i walk into my house

"Well hello to you to and who let you inside" i ask

"Your mom i asked if i could stay the night she said whatever but where have you been?"she asks again

"Ummmm i Went for a walk" i smile thinking back to Maxx

"Oh Who is he?" she asks

"No One i have a boyfriend Mo! What the H...." i trail off she looks at me with that Just-tell-me look "His names Maxx"

"ohhhhhh..... Where did you met him"

"I met him tonight i ran cause this girl kissed Jaxon and i punched her so i ran and i sat on the crub and sang the lyrics to Girlfriend after i was done i turned around and he was there said he heard me singing so he came outside to see who it was then later i heard Dont wanna be like you by Botdf playing and he was looking at me from the second floor he said he liked Botdf just like me and is going to there consert next week just like me!" i smile as i said this

"AWWW I think some one has a crush!!!" Mo says in the girlest tone ever

I had a crush and it was bad i felt a connection between me and Maxx something i havent felt with Jaxon in a long long time. But i couldnt hurt Jaxon cause i loved him i cant do something like that to such a nice guy like him so im gonna try and play it off for now......................
