"Blue, please stop them!" he bolted to the wolves below. Tabby and Ranger became startled and hesitated both for a moment. Chase sank his teeth into the back of Ranger's rear leg, pulling him off. Blue also followed, getting prepared to stop the fight. Ranger's and Chase's fangs were locked in a face off, each both trying to get over one another's muzzle. Chase plastered Ranger's throat with blood, Ranger pulled at Chase's shoulder and ribs. Blood poured and snarls were ringing, Blue couldn't get to either of them.

Suddenly, two wolves with muddy covered pelts came rushing in. It was a Marsh Pack guard patrol. They noticed everything and split up, lunging at the fighting wolves. Ranger and Chase constantly kept lunging for each other, teeth bared, as the wolves held tightly to their scruffs. The wolves were both he-wolfs and Blue nodded slowly toward them to shut them off. Both wolves held to the back of the fighting wolves neck and clung onto while using their paws to wrap around their body's. Chase and Ranger began to fall and crash.

"I'm sorry for invading your territory, but for what's happen there's something I need to do," Blue dipped her head to the wolves, adding, "and thanks for the help."

They dipped their heads. "I don't want to see any of you back here again," one said.

Blue laid Chase across her back to carry back, Tabby did the same for Ranger.

Once they left the territory, Blue decided to speak to Tabby about Ranger, "What do you have to say for yourself?"

"I love him.. I just wish you didn't find out."

"Chase also deeply cares for and loves you."

"I know, I love him to, just not the way I love Ranger, but I can't love him for how he acts around others. And Blue?" Tabby stopped, "I'm pregnant, with Ranger's pups."

"I know you love him, I'd be surprised if you weren't pregnant. Truthfully, I am also."

"Chase might hate me.. And congrats for you. Maybe my pups would get along great. It's a shame, I should have noticed you pregnant but got connected to Ranger."

"It's ok, Dagger doesn't know though. If that's ok?"

Tabby sighed, "It's fine."

"An error of code and law to the pack has arose. Ranger and Chase please step forward," Blue spoke on her mound, the two stepping forward apart, "Chase, due to your violent actions, you're exiled from our territory for a week. Ranger, disobeying orders and continuing to fight but not starting the fight, you will be den prisoned till I think your punishment is settled."

"I'm not finished with you Ranger," Chase growled, "and as for you," Chase turned to Tabby, "I forever despise you!" he snarled and bolted through the entrance.

Ranger was hesitant but pressed close to Tabby to comfort her. Blue, stepping off, padded to her mates side, "Do you think I did the right thing for Chase?" Dagger tilted his head in thought before answering, "I think the best thing is for them to be apart, so yes."

Ranger was piling on Tabby's head, licking her ear. Tabby relaxed and groomed his messy fur. Blue nuzzled Dagger, pulling him out of the camp to a nice shady spot in the forest. "Dagger, I'm pregnant."

"Really?" his sadden eyes fading into a smile. Blue smiled back, "Yes, I'm expecting in less then a week."

Blue rubbed his head against, "It feels so dangerous now days, I fear for my pup, and with this murderer so close, we may have to move."

"I know, I'm sure the pack will agree with your decisions. Chase should also figure out we moved even with him exiled. I'll tell everyone we'll leave soon, for now just rest and eat."

A trickle up snow had began to form around the dens and territory. Dagger was the first awake as he checked around the small den for Blue and Ranger. Blue was brushed against his side and Ranger was lying against his paws. He stretched out his paws, carefully not waking the others, and crawled outside. The snow slowly piled on top of his black fur, making him give it a shake off.

Ranger yawned, coming up behind him, "Snow early." Dagger turned his head toward Ranger, the sun rising behind him shined into his eyes of the snow's reflection. "Yes, yes it is. We should wake the she-wolves," Dagger trotted to Tabby's den as Ranger pawed back inside the leader's den. Blue felt a nudge in her side, finding Ranger looking down on her, "Wake up, we go?"

"Yes, we're going," she trotted outside as a unwelcoming blast of snow hit her face. "Everyone ready, let's go."

Blue and Dagger were in the lead, Ranger and Tabby followed behind. They headed the opposite direction of the marshes and canyons. They flung snow behind as her paws gripped and released the snow, exiting the dark forest and made their way across snowy moor lands, further from their old home. Dagger, in front of Tabby but a bit behind Blue, had noticed Ranger glancing wearily around. He slowed his speed, Tabby passing, and paced his speed to Rangers. "Ranger, you seem worried?"

"This place dying but not inhabited..." Ranger sniffed.

"Blue, heads up, I believe we have company," Dagger flashed a bark. Surprisingly, Blue replied in a hushed tone, "I know, look above on that mound, it's hard to see but everything's white as it."

The pack turned their heads to a huge mound, Ranger bursting out to glowing wolves in the distance, "Be free!" You could only see the glowing outlines of the wolves as they stared sorrowfully back, their eyes could be pick to any color. One of the colors found most in one eye was blue. Others covered in faint glow of red lines as scars.

Tabby began to press closer to the pack who started to walk, "Who are they?"

Ranger whined, "Lost souls, murdered, died in vain, or worse. Most died from project," he glanced around, looking at the one blue-eyed wolves, "They don't know where to go and find themselves here. It seems it wasn't always this dead here, " he closed his eyes and lowered his ears.

Blue shuttered as a gray wolf with one blue and green eye halted in front of her and smiled. "Rune?!"

Dagger pulled Blue's tail before she could get to Rune, "She's gone." Blue turned back to Rune and started to walk through her, she looked back in a sadden stare but Rune was not there. "In the land of the forgotten she is." Ranger started to go ahead, Blue and her pack followed quickly, wanting to leave. It was when they finally slowed down realizing they were far enough from the souls.

Blue started to slow, yet still in the lead of them. She was slightly limping from the snow and the extra weight she carried. The blizzard brushed their faces in high winds.

"Blue, we all could use a rest, you look like you could use it," Tabby yelled above the wind.

"Lets dig a shelter hole here for now," Blue called back as she began to dig in a small mound of snow. The others helped alongside her and made a big enough hole that could fit the pack inside. Blue tried to go in the den last but Dagger managed to make her go inside before him. They silently fell asleep.

"Blue, when are they coming?"

her name woke her from her sleep as she spotted Tabby poking around her belly. Blue craned her neck back to where she rested, lying her head against Dagger, "Anytime."

Blue hated the throbbing in her belly as it kicked, she knew her birthing was soon. How could the pup survive the harsh conditions? Tabby gently pressed her head against Blue's stomach, falling back to sleep in the warm bodies.
