I think to be 'not good' is someone who makes a mistake every once in a while. To be not good is stealing from another person. Or lying. Not good is doing something like pinching your sibling. When you do something that is not good, you know about it, but then you apologize and hope to be forgiven.

Being 'evil' is someone who constantly makes huge, bad decisions. Evil is when you know that your doing something bad, but you keep at it. And later you don't apologize. An evil person is someone who will physically, mentally, cyber, bully people. They will keep it going and going and going with out thinking of the how the victim feels. A person thats really evil will keep at the bulling until it results in suicide from the victim, then they move on to find someone else to torture. Evil is a murder, hurting good people. Such a shallow thing.

A 'good' person is someone who will help others on a daily basis. They will do simple acts of kindness everyday, such as holding open doors, and picking things up for others when they are dropped. They will care for people and animals in need, and may give money to a homeless person. They go out of their way to make others happy.

People are born gay or straight, people are born with disabilities. People are born to one parents, two and sometimes more. People can be boor bloody rich and others poor. Some people are born with accents. Some cant even talk. But no one is born 'bad'.

A child is not born bad. Nobody comes into this world just knowing for a fact that they are going to rob banks or be a mass murder. Its just not possible. You aren't born with a cold heart. What makes you have a cold heart is the way you were raised and events that happened in your past.

People who have cold hearts or are considered bad slowly became that as they grew older. Say, for example a child is born into a home with fighting parents who later get a divorce. That child may not believe in love and just use people then through them away when their done. A person who witnesses a loved one being murdered or harmed the child may grow up and then harm or murder people that look like the one who harmed the loved one. Or a child who grew up in a loving home may give their money to a homeless man or make people laugh at hard times.

I think that people should stop saying someone is bad. No one knows their story except for the person being called bad. Someones religion may make others think what they do is bad. But i don't think anyone has the right to call a person bad because of what they believe in.

There is a big difference between an 'evil' person, a 'not so good' person, and a 'good' person. No one is born good. No one is born bad. And no one is born 'not so good'. People are raised to be the person they are. Mistakes made, lessons learned, the events that occur in someones life changes them. It molds and shapes them to make them into the person they have become. So you can't necessarily blame people for being good, or not so good, or evil. The only thing you can blame is their past because their past is their artist, and they are the artwork that comes from it. Sometimes looking good, sometimes looking bad and sometimes just not so good.
