The 1000 Door Mansion

Chapter 10

It was the outside world! Though it looked kinda weird. I mean, wasn't I underground if I went through all those elevators? As I was looking around, I got jumpscared by an error sign. A disappointed Spooky came out afterwards.

"Well you made it." She sighed, "Congratulations, I guess..."

Spooky floated over to the left of me.

"Uh. Well..." Spooky sighed again before giving her cute happy face once again, "Oh! So, you must now pass one final test to prove your...Fortitude or dedication. Or something..."

She floated to the bottom of the floor and a door appeared in front of me. It was time, to prove my fortitude and dedication, to finish this once and for all. Lin will be so proud of me and I will successfully prove her wrong. Who knows, maybe I was the first one who made it this far.

As I entered the door, everything was pure white, like a mental asylum. I swung open each of the doors until I reached a dead-end. Suddenly, the red head from earlier came out of nowhere and turned humanoid! It was time to end this...

Authors note: I was never good at writing fight scenes, so you'll have to bear with me on this one. I'll try my best to explain it, though.

I was teleported to a room with this humanoid creature as it floated across of me. I pulled out my axe as I figured I might need it.

These red things started coming from the floor, they almost hit me! Who knows how much that would have hurt. Though they did rise up like pillars as I watched. The creature floated there for a while, until a shadow came under me. It kept following me so I did a somersault as red hands came out of it. Nearly dodged. The floating guy got cowardly and sent his minions to destroy me. Instead of them destroying me, I destroyed them. The creature, probably getting furious, started shooting fireballs at me, literal fireballs! I was dodging them until I had an idea to reflect them back with my axe. This is what I did which seemed to have damaged the creature as he floated down. This was my chance. I finally can attack him with all my might! So that I did. He summoned more of his minions while shooting fireballs at me. I did the same thing, I killed the minions while reflecting the fireball and attacked the creature like crazy. He started just floating there, headless. As suddenly, these metal blocks fell on me! I felt immense pain, but it all seemed to end...
