PiCrew School AU Q (Yumeno Kyusaku)

Since Q has a strange appearance, Mori was worried Q would get bullied at school or treated different because of this.

So, to avoid this, Q decided to wear eye contacts to school. On top of that, Elise tries to fix their hair every morning and make it a little less wonky.

Q is almost completely silent in school, and Elise is one of their very few friends. The teachers tend to forget Q exists, and Q normally eats alone at school.

Elise tries to spend as much time with Q as she can, so she normally tries to get Q to sit with her at lunch. Since she can't convince Q to sit with her, she leaves the other popular girls who she sits with sometimes and goes to sit by Q.

Once, someone asked her why she hung out with Q. She answered like this.

"Yumeno is like a sibling to me. Of course I spend time with them. We basically grew up together, after all."

Q is very good in their classes, and Elise likes to ask them for homework help. Sometimes, she'll even pretend to not understand something just so that she can spend time with Q. Q knows this, but they don't mind it.

Q and Elise are both Mori's kids in this AU, and he treats them well. Originally, the thought of children both terrified and haunted him. But after discovering Q living in his basement and Elise starving on the street, he took them in and started treating them as his own children. And after a while, he realized they meant the world to him and that he never wanted to lose them.

Q really likes to read books, so they quickly befriended Karma upon meeting them for the first time, who also has a love for books. They hang out often and are almost inseparable during the school day. This also led to Elise becoming friends with Karma.

Q still stays in the basement at Mori's house, although Mori made sure to clean it for Q to be able to live comfortably. Also, both kids are healthy because Mori is a doctor who's about to retire and he makes them eat healthily.
