"Damn that girl! She keep making me turned on and I don't have time to take a cold shower.",thought El. "Daddy,why are Kysarah's face red in colour?",asked Kysha suddenly pulling his out from his thought. Before he could replied, Kysarah suddenly fell off the chair onto the floor. El quickly put Kysha down at ran towards Kysarah.That's when Lutfi yelled: "Kysarah!Wake up!I'm sorry!"

El quickly pulled Kysarah onto his lap and shaked her. "Kysarah baby,come on,wake up.Lutfi, what happened?",asked El. Before Lutfi could replied, Kyra already came running towards him carrying Kysarah up. Then she ordered Lutfi to take Lufti and Kysha into the car and turned to look into El's eyes and said "Please bring us to the nearby hospital." Without even waiting for his replied,Kyra already running towards the door towards the Limo.

"Mummy,I'm sorry.She keep making this pity look and I can't ignore her.She wanted to taste the pancakes so I give her some.",said Lutfi while hugging Kyra and crying. "Hey,It's not your fault,kay?Don't cry.Kysarah will be okay.She just allergic to nutella.That's it.",said Kyra while pulling Lutfi into her lap and kissed his forehead.

After they arrived at the nearby hospital, Kyra quickly took Kysarah into the emergency ward. They had been waiting for almost 15 minutes now. El was nowhere to be found. He kept saying that he wanna gave Kyra and Lutfi some time alone so he took Lufti and Kysha with him. Kyra didn't know where they went to.

10 more minutes later, a doctor walked out from the emergency ward asking for Kysarah parents. Kyra quickly got up while carrying Lutfi in her arms and walked towards the doctor. "I'm Kysarah's mother.Is she okay?",asked Kyra. The doctor replied with a smile: "She is okay,Maam.She is just allergic to peanut. I will give you her medicine list and you could collect it at the pharmacy counter." "Thanks doctor.May I take her home?",asked Kyra and smiled towards the doctor. "Yeah,sure.Just be careful.You don't want her to eat anymore peanut.Her lips is still swollen so be careful.",replied the doctor before she walked away from Kyra.

"See Lutfi,Mummy told you Kysarah would be fine.Stop crying,kay?You don't want Kysarah to see you as a big bad brother crying right?",teased Kyra. "Okay Mummy. Of course I will stop crying.Kysarah is safe and sound.",replied Lutfi while hugging Kyra tightly and kissed her cheek.

Kyra met El at the pharmacy counter as it was near the children's playground. "Oh,that's where you are.",thought Kyra. She could saw Lufti and Kysha playing in the playground while El sitting on the bench watched them played.After Kyra called El so he noticed her, they collect Kysarah's medicine and went home.

"Jeff,I need you to prepare a contract for me.",asked El towards his PA when he arrived at his office that morning. "For what,sir?",asked Jeff. "No need to know,Jeff.Just prepare it for me.I want it by today.",replied El before he continued checking the files."Yes,Sir.",replied Jeff with a nod.

"Kyra,meet me up in my office room now.",ordered El after Kyra finished clearing the table and kitchen after they finished eating dinner. Kyra already put her quadruplets into bed before dinner. They already ate before they slept. Rose decided to go visit her friend in Paris for one week. That's mean there were only El,Kyra,Ez and Ed left in the house.
