Midoriya tapped his knee nervously, his teeth digging into the fat of his bottom lip, uneasy eyes surveying the common room. Shoto was the only one in the same room, sitting at the other end of the sofa and doing a jigsaw puzzle, stoic and silent as always. With two fingers, he nudged a puzzle piece against another, and a click sounded.

Midoriya's head jerked up, his widened eyes centering on Shoto. When he saw it was nothing, he sighed deeply, letting his head slowly tilt downwards again. Paranoia was one of the worst conditions ever.

"Midoriya?" Shoto spoke out, his fingers fumbling for two puzzle pieces, strands of his hair casting shadows over his face, which was turned to the other boy.

"Uh huh?" He hummed, his innocent eyes meeting Todoroki's, which gave no emotion.

He silently held out one of the puzzle pieces. Midoriya tilted his head to the side in silent confusion, but reached out, his fingertips ghosting against Todoroki's, and took the puzzle piece.

"Jigsaw puzzles click," he said quietly. "Like... like humans do. We clicked, Midoriya." His hand moved through the space between them, and he bumped his puzzle piece against Midoriya's. The pieces scratched against one another, before falling into place against each others edges.

"What I'm trying to say is that, we fit together nicely..." He whispered, moving forwards onto his knees and cupping the other boy's flawless face. His eyes nervously rose to Shoto's... and then, their lips met.

"So, how did it go?" Kirishima demanded as he walked into the common room to see Bakugo scrolling on his phone.

"Good. They don't know I'm an omega. They told me that on the thirtieth of April, they'll come to retrieve me and like ten other students." A smile formed on his face as he looked at Kirishima and beckoned him closer. His smiles were rare but always beautiful, and Kirishima threw himself onto the sofa beside his blond best friend.

"So, how do you feel?" He asked.

"Damn good! I mean, I'm achieving my dream." He pointed out with a shrug. Kirishima smiled, and then suddenly tackled him. They both fell onto the floor with a loud thump. Eijiro wrapped his arms around Bakugo's torso, their legs tangling together.

"Bro hug!" He exclaimed loudly with a goofy grin. Bakugo couldn't help smiling back and squishing his face into the other boy's shoulder to hide his blushing cheeks.

"Get off me, damn Shitty hair," he said gruffly, trying to pretend to be grumpy. It was hard, he was just so excited.

"Yeah, I got it." He responded with an eye roll, pushing himself up on his hands. When suddenly, Katsuki snatched the front of his hoodie, a pathetic whine slipping past his lips as he turned his face away in another attempt to hide his face.

"What is it, Bakubro?" The other boy questioned, his head tilting to the side in confusion.

"...St-stay." He mumbled, before burying his face in his friend's chest. He was always uncharacteristically flustered around his best friend, but this felt good. This felt right.

"Um, hi?"

They both froze before slowly lifting their heads. The entirety of the Dekusquad was standing in the doorway, watching the interactions between the two males. It had been Todoroki that had spoken up.

A blush tinted both of their faces as they sprang apart from each other. "What are you guys doing?" Tenya demanded as he stalked into the room, hands on his hips.

"Um, nothing!" Kirishima blurted out, waving his hands about in an attempt to explain. "We were just, ah, talking?"

"For talking, you two sure seemed to be very close to each other. Also, why were you on the floor?"
