Ophelia returned back home, greeted by Stewart as usual and made her way upstairs. She heard Myles in his office, talking. His voice was muffled. Ophelia walked past Sasha's room.
Fuschia walked out of her room, head hanging down. She and Ophelia locked eyes with each other. Unspoken words were passed as Fuschia's eyes held disgust and hatred while Ophelia's held sadness and pity.
Ophelia entered her room, breaking contact from her mother. Plopping herself on her bed, she sighed as the softness of the mattress engulfed her form. It was like she was laying on clouds.
Her mind started to flash from good memories with Ryan to when she walked out on him. "I trust you." Her voice echoed, "I trusted you, Ryan."
Tears rolled down Ophelia's cheeks as she sniffled. "Always the ones that are too good to be true," she whispers, "too good to be true."
