When a foster girl is sent to an asylum due to an accident she becomes a different person and nobody can predict what she does next. What happens when she comes back home to those who were the first to wrong her?
It's been a few weeks since Jinx met Nik. Jinx stood listening to music through her earbuds as she drew in her journal. She was drawing while lying on the couch. She finally had an idea on a new weapon to make. Now she was just designing it. She got a phone call from Harley and pausing her song to answer.
"Hey Harls!" Jinx said.
"Hiya doll. Guess what?" Harley said.
"What?"
"I just ran into ya mom." Harley said.
"Hey hun how are you?" Liz's voice said through the phone.
"Good just chilling on the couch planning my next invention." I said.
"Please tell me it's not a bomb. No bombs in my house!"
"No mama it's not a bomb!" Jinx said.
"Alright well I got to get back to work. I'll see you later tonight."
"Alright mama."
"Bye!" Harley said into the phone.
"See ya!" Jinx said before hanging up. She took a break from designing her new toy. She knew what she wanted to do she just had to figure out what she wanted it to look like.
Jinx sighed and closed her book before she went to the grill.
"Hello love." Jinx heard a familiar voice.
"Hi Nik. What's up?"
"Ah other than having to deal with some pestering children and my brother I'd say nothing much." Nik said.
"Yeah. My sister is very selfish and annoying too." Jinx said. The two talked for a bit before they were interrupted.
"Jinx what are you doing?" Alaric said.
"I'm talking to a friend." Jinx said.
"Jinx get away from Klaus he's dangerous." Alaric said.
"What this isn't Klaus. This is Nik." Jinx said. Looking over towards Nik Jinx's face fell as she saw him smirking. "You are Klaus aren't you."
"Yes love. Though I was hoping on telling you myself." Klaus said. Jinx scoffed as she felt herself build up with betrayal and rage.
"So much for building one's trust." Jinx said. She grabbed her bag and mad way for the exit as quickly as possible. Jinx had been betrayed too many times in her life and she always sought revenge. And this time was no different.

Jinx was in her hideout working on her new inventions. She was talking to the voices in her head since she forgot to take her medication for the past couple of days.
I knew he was gonna betray you. I mean who would want to be with a jinxed girl like you.
"You know what Elizabeth. Shut up. I'm trying to focus here." Jinx said.
She continued to build for hours until she finished before she started to paint it.
"Now let's test it out." Jinx said. She took the new invention and tested it out on a dummy. Pulling the trigger fire blasted out of the gun. "Yes! It works." Jinx said. "No what to name it. Oh I got it." Jinx grabbed a small paint brush and spelled Uni on the side of her gun. "Perfect!"
"Hey cupcake! Are you here?" Harley said. She got no response but only heard Jinx talking to someone.
"Did you hear that Jester? Now she thinks I'm weak. I am not weak!" Jinx said.
"JINX!!!" Harley said. Jinx grabbed her pistol and pointed at the former harlequin.
"Oh it's just you." Jinx said. She lowered her gun to her side before she shot a wooden doll. "I said shut up!"
Harley's POV I watched Jinx as she created a new gun. She polished it and made sure that she decorated it perfectly while she talked to the voices in her head.
I was worried about her. I had just heard about what happened with her new friend and didn't want her to be alone.
Jinx was practically my daughter. I raised her, protected her, loved her. And when the Joker told me she had possibly died I felt like I had been killed inside. I went on a rampage until Jinx came to me okay and well.
I waited until Jinx tired herself out before I took Jinx home and laid her on the couch for the night.
Author's POV Jinx screamed and punched the air as Liz desperately tried to get her to take her medications.
"Woah what's going on?" Stefan said walking in.
"Shut up and help me!" Liz said. Stefan and Tyler helped hold Jinx's arms and legs down. Liz forced Jinx to swallow her pills. Jinx hatefully looked at her mother until she gave in a swallowed the pills thirty minutes later. Liz had to leave for work but warned the boys to carefully watch over Jinx.
About an hour later Stefan and Tyler were discussing what they should do with the crazed blue hair girl. Jinx used this opportunity to sneak out the window and drive away. She went to Elena's house to see Jenna.
"Jenna! Open the door!" Jinx said. Elena opened up and looked at the girl who had obviously been crying. "What wrong Elena? And where's Jenna she's not supposed to work today."
Elena threw herself into a hug before she started sobbing. Jinx was confused until she saw Jeremey and Alaric in tears as well.
"No. No she can't be dead. I just called her a few days ago she was fine!" Jinx said starting to cry.
"Jinx. Klaus killed Jenna in a ritual in order to become a hybrid." Alaric said. Hearing that Klaus killed Jenna made Jinx stop crying and give him a blank stare.
"Klaus. Did. This?" Jinx asked calmly which scared them.
"Yes. But come on we're about to go to her funeral. Caroline was supposed to tell you." Elena said. "I think I might have a dress that will fit you." Elena said.

After changing Jinx went to the funeral with Elena, Jeremey and Alaric. Still in shock and vengefulness Jinx didn't cry at the funeral. When it was her turn to set her rose down Jinx softly spoke to her.
"Even if I can't find a way to kill him. I'll make him pay for killing you." Jinx said. All of the vampires heard her and looked at her as if she was crazy. But Jinx's eyes were glowing. And they weren't gonna stop anytime soon.
