When in doubt, drink ~ 12

The next few days after our day, Hoseok and I seemed to be great, amazing actually.

Knowing how he felt about our future together really helped me relax and not stress so much about the Nao situation.

Of course it still bothered me but I was trying not to let it get to me. I didn't want Hoseok thinking I didn't trust him and so for his sake, I was doing my best to ignore it. Ignore her.

Like right now for instance.

"You guys heard about the dorm party tonight right?! You guys totally have to come!" Nao says, grinning from ear to ear as she stands around with Hoseok's friends.

"I'm down for that. I love a good party." Namjoon grins as he looks around at the rest of us, waiting for someone to agree.

"You should totally come, y/n! I would love to get to know you better." Nao then says, directing her attention right at me.

From beside me, I see Hoseok's eyes shoot in her direction, having not expected her to speak to me after our last encounter.

"Yeah, maybe." I say, my voice monotone. Judging by the way her smile dropped, she knew right away I didn't care to get to know her.

Her being petty, she turned to Hoseok with a smile. She then proceeded to bat her lashes. "You have to come at least! I'd love to catch up and talk about stuff other then school for once."

I grit my teeth as Yoongi looks over at me, checking to see if he needed to step in like last time. I say nothing, I don't even scoff at her pathetic attempts.

Hoseok shakes his head. "If y/n wants to go, then I'll come. What do you say babe?" Hoseok asks me, completely avoiding what she had suggested.

I have to hold back my smile and a big fat laugh in her face.

"Sure, why not. You guys coming too?" I ask as I look over at the guys, mainly Yoongi.

"Sounds fun." Yoongi nods and in unison, the others agree, all of them eager.

"Then it's settled. We'll be there. See ya guys." Hoseok says before he turns to me and smiles.

"Ready?" He asks and I nod as he slips his fingers in mine.

Before we head off, I can't help but to steal a glance at Nao who looked annoyed.

I smirked the whole walk to our car.

"Party!!" Jin yells as he raises his beer up into the air, causing everyone around us to do the same.

We had all just arrived at the party and just like clockwork, I already saw Nao run over to Jimin and start making conversation.

"Just ignore her, we'll have a good time." Hoseok says from beside me as he pushes a drink into my hands. He then proceeds to down his.

Knowing I'd need it, I down mine too then grab another one for good measure.

"Come dance!" Namjoon grins, wiggling his way in between Hoseok and I. He doesn't even give me a chance to object as he starts pulling me away.

I see Hoseok laughing as Namjoon guides me over to the area where multiple other people are dancing to some random pop song I've never heard. I had to admit, it sure was catchy though.

"You need to loosen up and I'm here to help!" Namjoon grins as he moves his cups up to my lips. "When in doubt, drink!"

I don't have to be told twice as I take his drink and down it all. He doesn't seem to mind as he takes mine from me and does the same.

He then shoots a look in Hoseok's direction, which causes me to do the same. Annoyance instantly runs through me as I see Nao already at his side, along with Yoongi who's looking at Namjoon and I, a look of worry on his face.

"Forget them for now, okay? We'll have a good time!" Namjoon says, turning my face away from the scene.

"We can even make Hoseok jealous if you want." Namjoon winks but I can't tell if he's being serious or not.

"What are you talking about?" I scoff, automatically assuming he was joking but knowing Namjoon, he was dead serious.

"Look at this everyone!" Namjoon yells, although over this music, the only people that could hear us were the ones right next to us.

Without any warning whatsoever, Namjoon takes my face in his hands and places the sloppiest wettest kiss I've ever had right onto my lips.

My eyes widened as I pushed him back. Namjoon started laughing hysterically just as Hoseok came over, punching Namjoon as hard as he could in the arm.

"You're welcome!" Namjoon grinned as he hurried off, leaving me with a very angry looking Hoseok.

"What the fuck." He says, but he doesn't sound angry, despite his expression. Rather he sounds confused, just as I feel.

Hoseok turns to look at me, this time his brows furrowed. "What the fuck." He repeats.

"He was trying to make you jealous, I think? I'm just as confused as you are." I say and Hoseok shakes his head.

"He's an idiot." Hoseok says, his expression softening.

"Well?" I ask, cracking a smile. Hoseok looked up, his eyes meeting mine. "Well what?"

"Did it work? Are you jealous?" I ask, laughing. Hoseok frowned. "Of course it did. I don't want anyone to kiss you who isn't me. I'm going to kill him for that."

Hoseok then pulled me to him, leaning his face by my ear. He whispered something that sent a shiver up my spine but a grin across my lips.

I pulled back and took his face in mine, pressing my lips to his eagerly.

When I pulled back, he made a face of disgust. I was going to question why but then he said,

"It's like I just kissed Namjoon."

We both started laughing as Hoseok and I turned our heads back in the direction of Yoongi and Nao who were standing there awkwardly, both of them watching us.

"Let's get out of here, yeah? I'd much rather find out the consequences from Namjoon's little prank." I say and right away Hoseok turns his head back to me, forgetting all about the two of them.

"Oh, you'll see." He grins as he picks me up, throwing me over his shoulder. As he begins to walk, his other hand slams down against my ass, causing me to yelp.

As Hoseok carried me out, I made eye contact with Nao and did exactly what I wished I had earlier.

I laughed right in her face.
