Chapter 2 (Secrets)

Riversong pov

I was on a patrol with Runningwind,Tigerclaw,Whitestorm and Sandpaw near the Sunningrocks. Me and Owlfeather been catching Riverclan scent,so Bluestar has been sending patrol. Thushpelt,my father died in green cough,afew moons ago. I still not feeling better from his death.

As I was deep in thoughts and leading the patrol,I saw bracken-coloured tom leading a patrol along the river. Oakheart,deputy of Riverclan!

I hissed under my breath and glared at him,he seen to noticed me and dip his head alittle as I did it back. "Hello,Riversong. Have been so long since the last gather."

"Greetings,Oakheart... and yes,it's been long... Since u're here,I would like to give u a warning..." I hissed abit as he rise his head high and abit glared at me. "Go on..."

"U do know Sunningrocks is ours,but I keep catching your fish scent! I wish to not smell your scent in MY territory AGAIN!" I growled as he also growls.

Just then Leapordfur step forward and hissed."Your territory?! Sunningrocks has been our territory! U're the one who should keep away from our territory!" I turn my head at her and hissed. Oakheart stops her with his tail as he growls. "If we don't do as u wish...?"

"Then that's mean war!" Tigerclaw yowls but I stop him with side glanced. "If u don't do as I wish... It may not be war at the beginning but... u'll just make things worst then there'll be war... so... it's your choice...." I hissed alittle and calm down abit. His eyes soften abit when I finish then they turn into sadness...? But it fate away as he nods and dip his head.

"I'll think about your warning but u do know how Crookedstar is...." I nodded abit. "Take your time to decide,Oakheart. Then we'll see... For now,I'll let it be. I'll take my leave now,take care,Oakheart." I dip my head as he does too.

"Thank u,Riversong. And so do u,take care." I nodded then padded away with the others back to the camp.

Oakheart pov

Riversong padded away back to her camp with the others followed closely behind her. I watch her back until she's finally gone as I sigh as I also padded away. She really looks like her mother... Bluestar....

She's beautiful,wise and very fair.... She's really like her mother,if she become a leader,she'll be a great leader....

Just then Leapordfur padded to me,cutting my thoughts.... "Why did u let her go easily,Oakheart?! Sunningrocks are ours and SHE's giving us warning! We're the one who give her the warning! Who does she think she's?! She's nothing but a mouse-brain!"

The last words make my heart boiling hot as I snapped my head at her and growl. "That's enough,Leapordfur!! U should be glad she let us go easliy! And remember,she's Bluestar,leader of Thunderclan's daughter!! Be more respect!!"

Others who followed me grown shocked but I don't care,if someone,even it's my own clanmate said horrible to her,I'll never forgive them!! She's my daughter!!! I won't let anyone rude to her!!! I snapped my head back as I keep walking back to the camp with the others followed.

When I get back,I talk with Crookedstar,as he abit angry but greatful to her for giving us a chance... I sighed as I glanced at my other kits,Stonefur and Mistyfoot... They also just like their mother but their heart and loyalty are like mine....

Blustar pov

I was in my den,speaking with Redtail but just then Riversong padded in with dip her head in respect. "Hello,Bluestar,Redtail."

I give her a nod as I let her speak. "I met Oakheart and his patrol on my way... I give them a warning and.... let them go this time..." Redtail snapped his head at her. "What? U let them go? U should attack them for hunting in our territory!"
