Its extremely difficult these days,when the cost of living is rising, it's difficult to be raised by a single parent.This is exactly what happened to Anitha.Her father left for Joburg in search of greener pastures when she was only six years old He used to write to them but over time he eventually stopped.
"We had waited patiently for him day in and day out.Every day,we would sit outside and wait for the post man,expecting him to bear a letter for us,but to our dismay no such letter came."
With every every knock on their two-roomed shack,they expected him to drop in,but that was never to be.It took both of them some time to finally realise what had happened to him,life was really becoming unbearable for them.
