She has been so lonely the past 4 years. And now he was here.. And she remembered what being Happy meant.

He came up and kissed her on the forehead, and before he stepped away, she closed her eyes and tried hard to memorize this moment.

“You’re important to me. You hear me?  You’re important and that’s never gonna change.”

She didnt know it would feel that way to see him again. Heart in her throat, hard to breathe for those couple of seconds, she forgot everything and there was just him.

"What do you want, Princess?"

“What if all I want is for you to be mine?”

"I was already yours, Princess.  I’ve—”

She was like heaven to His hell, the closest he’d ever get to salvation, and yet he still wanted to drag her into the depths of Hades with him.

“But I like you just the way you are. Scarred, deadly, and beautiful.”

She felt that rush of hunger, the steady, longing beat of desire that neither of them wanted, but that gripped them anyway.

“The problem with wanting, Princess ” he whispered, his mouth trailing along her jaw until it hovered over her lips, “is that it makes us weak."

Four years.. She missed him every second of it.

"Will you kiss me?"

"Have you ever been kissed before?"

She flushed scarlet and had to wet her lips before she could speak.

"Not well kissed..."

He reached for her, his one hand sliding around the back of her neck as his other hand came to the small of her back and pulled her against him. "I'll try to do better," he whispered against her mouth.

Then he touched his lips to to hers. Just a touch. But it lit a spark. Then a fire, a sweeping, a diving. She clung to his shoulders and parted her lips and was lost. Utterly, beautifully lost...

He settled his lips upon hers, and she was lost. She was consumed by the softness of his mouth, the gentleness of the caress.

He put both arms around her and pulled her against him. His lips soft. She could feel the rapid beat of his heart, taste the bitterness of the wine still on his mouth. She wound her hands into his hair, as she'd wanted to do since the first time she'd seen him since his return. His hair curled around her fingers, silky and fine. Her heart was hammering, and there was a rushing sound in her ears, like beating wings.

They say there's always something in a first kiss. The first hint if two people fit together. The initial inkling whether his style of kissing is one that makes her stomach flutter, or her core ache and causes her hands to fist his shirt. That immediate knowledge that she would want to do this again or need to walk away and never look back.

She realised .. This was how a kiss was supposed to feel—electric and pulsing and smoky all at once, like you'd discovered a new source of fuel that could warm you from within. They fit together.

"I never doubted your heart.
Only my place in it.", she says,
"you are the absolute worst idea I've ever had." He replied.

"Then Why did you come back to me?"

"Because with you I like who i am..
you’re it, okay? I’m never gonna love anybody in the world like I love you."

"You make me Happy."

This time, his mouth settled on hers with intent, firm and insistent. When she gasped at the difference, his tongue slid between her parted lips and teased her until she moaned. He kissed as if he meant to conquer her. His hands moved over her, gripping her waist, sliding up her shoulders to hold the nape of her neck as his mouth traveled over her eyelids and down her jaw.

He pulled her hard against him, until his hips met hers and she felt his unmistakable arousal. His mouth was hot and wet against her neck, and she thought that if he asked, she would tear off her dress and give herself to him right there. This was what it meant to want someone with a burning passion.
