" Old Yi..... wake up, you sleepyhead! " Zhen Zhu woke up to a cheerful voice thundering in the hallways, and facepalmed. Old monster.... Brother Ye has returned from his monthly trip. Now Yi Ren and Ye Bai Yi will bicker like four year olds, and fight to death for trivial things like who gets the better portion of meat. He made a mental note to remove all perishable things from the receiving hall and the dining hall, because he remembers too well, how a vase from Jameen (earth) had broken during a fight, and Yi Ren had injured himself stepping on it's shards.
Of course, Yi Ren was immortal, he could heal himself, but Zhen Zhu was prone to worrying for him... Zhen Zhu stumbled out of bed with a yawn, and quickly pulled on his outer robes. Well, Ye Bai Yi and Yi Ren were brothers in magic, and in shamelessness. He would barge into the chamber any moment, not caring about anything.
And, before Zhen Zhu could even tie his robe properly, Ye Bai Yi walked in, majestic in white, his soulmate's sword strapped to his back.
" Still tired after the night's celebration, xiao zhu (little zhu)?" He asked with a smirk. Zhen Zhu did not look pleased. He sighed in horror and groaned " Brother Ye! It's still too early to be awake!"
" Who is it.... so...early? If it's my brother, stuff some clothes in his mouth and tie him up!" Yi Ren groaned, half asleep, from his bed. Ye Bai Yi covered the distance between him and the bed in long strides, and sat beside Yi Ren " Ay, is that how you talk to a peerless master, Old Yi?" He asked. Yi Ren mumbled some atrocities and pulled the blanket over his head. But, the 'peerless master' pulled off the blanket, and tossed it away mercilessly, and chuckled.... Yi Ren was wearing only his underpants ( the Chinese underpants, which are full trousers )
" What? Normal people do not sleep in full regal suits! What is so urgent, that you had to barge into my chambers like this?" Yi Ren huffed in annoyance, not bothering to wear anything more. Ye Bai Yi smacked his head and said " Still the same nag! Even xiao Zhu couldn't change this nagging of yours.... Anyways, I was here to ask whether you were planning to have anymore kids soon....."
