Struck by lightning. Hilarious. It's extremely rare to get struck by lightning, especially in Mondstadt. But Diluc Ragnvindr was unlucky enough to get struck.

As soon as he felt the electricity shock him, he fainted. He awoke minutes later in the grass with his coat draped over his head and torso. He realized he was shaking, and the rain was still pouring down. Diluc slowly got up, not knowing what happened.

At first, he thought he had gotten into a fight and lost. Considering how terrible he felt, it was a possibility. Diluc stood up, trying to ignore the loss of feeling in his legs. As soon as he got up, his head started spinning. Again, trying to ignore concerning signs, he walked towards the Dawn Winery, which was in the distance.

Unfortunately, his body decided it was too much and he passed out, hitting his head on the ground.

"He's right here!" Paimon exclaimed, racing towards Diluc's unconscious body.

"We don't even know how it happened, Master Diluc just suddenly got struck!" She explained, a concerned expression on her face. The Traveler nodded in agreement.

A handful of knights crowded around Diluc, Kaeya in front. "Lightning, huh? That's.. new."

"Oh.. he's not dead, is he?" Paimon circled around Diluc, showing concern. "Something like this always happens whenever we step foot into Mondstadt!" She exclaimed. The traveler sighed.

Kaeya lifted Diluc up on his shoulders. "He's fine! Still breathing, atleast." He stated. Kaeya and the other knights set off. The Traveler and Paimon watched as they carried Diluc back into the city. The rain was slowing down. There shouldn't be anymore thunder for now.

"Sir Kaeya," A knight muttered. "Something feels wrong."

The other knights nodded agreeably. A tingling sensation. The hairs on the back of their neck rose. Kaeya could feel it too.

A knight sighed. "Do you think it's more thunder?"

"Thunder? That's absurd. There's barely any rain left!" The grass was slippery because of the water.

"Be careful." Kaeya said, trying to go as fast as he could without slipping. But it wasn't the grass he should've been worried about.

"Another lightning strike?!" Paimon exclaimed. More thunder, but it was farther away. The Traveler knew exactly what happened. They ran to the city with Paimon trailing behind. "What's going on?!"

As they expected, a group of knights laid down in the grass, Kaeya included. Diluc's body ontop of him. "Are they all unconscious?" Paimon exclaimed, trying to shake the knights without getting shocked. The Traveler nodded hesitantly.

"Oh.. Who do we call now?!" Paimon put her hands on her head in distress. The Traveler suggested an idea.

"We just have to wait until Master Diluc is awake? But how long is that gonna take?" Paimon exclaimed. The Traveler shrugged. No one would be able to compete against Diluc's bad luck. It's unpredictable and bound to happen.

Anger is a dangerous emotion. It causes us to act without thinking. An example is trying to kill your brother because he's a spy. Sometimes it's justified, sometimes it's not.
