Austin, Ashley, Luke and y/n goes inside the house and to the dining table to have tea time.
“I'm staying over today mom” Austin informed to y/n's mom while pouring cups of tea for them all. “did you ask your parents?” questioned y/n's mom. “yeah I did” austin said as he sits. “but I won't be staying over cuz I have plans with my friends tomorrow” Ashley said as she cuts a piece of cake. “alright then” y/n's mom said.
“how was school?” asked Luke. “it was okay as usual, and Austin fell down the stairs while trying to impress a girl” y/n said trying not to laugh. Everyone starts to laugh “excuse you I wasn't trying to impress any girls okay so it went like this...” Austin said immediately. “mhm right.” y/n said in sarcasm trying not to laugh. Austin did a slight eye roll and continued “I was gonna go meet miss charlotte to ask her about that science project-” “OH SHIT THE SCIENCE PROJECT” y/n said as she froze. “let me guess, you totally forgot about it cuz you were helping one of your friends thru a toxic breakup” Austin said with a sarcastic slight smile at the end. “cmon bro she needed help.. but when's the due date again?” y/n asked. “if I'm not mistaken,...next week Friday” Austin answered hesitantly. “today is Thursday...okay I have time thank the good Lord” said y/n in relief.
“I don't want any bad complaints from the teachers okay y/n babe” said y/n's mom while eating. “sure I'll try” said y/n. Austin cleared his throat “so..can I continue..?” he asked. “aw sorry sweetie yes you can continue” y/n's mom said with a slight giggle. “right.. so where was I...ah the science project. Yea so I was gonna go ask miss charlotte about it and a bunch of girls came running down the stairs and they pushed me and made me trip” austin continued. “ouch- they were that rough?” Luke asked. “there was a bunch of them ofc I would fall if they came running down like that you should've seen that! and then I overheard them talking about a new guy and as usual, all the girls got excited” Austin shrugged.
“I didn't hear about this new guy??” y/n said confused. “he's kinda anonymous idk I never saw him or heard his name I just knew there was a new guy when I heard the girls” Austin said getting up to wash his plate in the sink. “Austin please take mine as well pleaseeee” Ashley said to austin giving him her plate. “lazy ass” Austin said while taking her plate from her. “I love you too” Ashley said sarcastically. “I guess we'll find out about this new guy tomorrow at school” y/n said getting up and taking everyone else's plates to be washed. “yk what love just put the plates in the sink I'll wash them.. You can go work on your project” y/n's mom says to y/n and Austin. “sure” “okay” austin and y/n replied.
Ashley gets up from the dining table “I think I'll go now because I have some college assignments to submit” “sure Ash, drive safely okay” said y/n's mom. “You need help with your project?” Luke asked cuz he had nothing to do and felt like being a good brother. “nahh Austin will help me but if you really wanna be a good brother then can you please get me milk tea???” y/n asked. “just order it and when it comes, pay with my money.... here” Luke gives y/n money for the milk tea. “I'm gonna go take a shower and a quick nap” he added sounding tired. “thank you bigbro you da best” y/n said. Austin speaks “if I'm not mistaken there's-” “yes there's money in for you as well, Austin Butler” Luke says with a smile while going upstairs. “I knew that I was just making sure and thank you” Austin said giggling. “do you want milk tea mom?” Luke asks his mom. “no thanks baby I've already had many sweet things” mom said. “I never signed up on helping you with your project but let's go” Austin said sarcastically.
Austin and y/n work on y/n's science project while listening to some songs.
some time passed and this song was playing while y/n and Austin were singing. They were taking a break and scrolling thru Instagram.
“wait...” y/n said as she slowly scrolls. “what” austin asks looking over at y/n's phone. “someone just posted this photo and captioned it "just got into a new school. yay." ”

“that looks like one of our classes” Austin said. “yeah that's what I thought! so is this the new guy..” y/n said hesitantly. “might be.. check his posts maybe we can see how he looks like” Austin suggested.

Let's talk to him tomorrow to find out” Austin said. “mhm” replied y/n. “let's get back to work and maybe watch a movie after this” austin suggested. “sounds good”
*doorbell rang*
“that must be the milk tea delivery” austin said while getting down. “let's go get it” y/n goes with austin.
