"(Y/N)... wake up..."

I felt a hand lightly shake my shoulder. I open my eyes and look. I was met with Laura. She had a sad expression on her face. "What is it, Laura? Why are you upset?" She places a finger on her lips, telling me to lower my voice. "Not so loud. Dracula might overhear us." she whispers.

"Okay, Laura." I whisper. "I have very upsetting news... and this may break you..." Oh no. I brace myself for what she's about to say. And it doesn't sound good.

"The servants... found Henry's body..."

My hand cover my mouth. I was shocked. I wanted to break down, but Laura hugs me. She let my head rest on her chest. "Shhh... there, there. We'll take you outside. They're gonna bury him in a nearby cemetery." She stops hugging me and grabs my hand.

"I already have your clothes ready. Come on."

It was a gloomy and rainy morning.

Me, Margee, and Kendall were escorted to the nearest cemetery by Laura. It was next to a lake. We all wore dresses in black for the small mourning. Tania and three other servants open the casket, revealing Henry's body.

I was the first to view him. He was still in his same clothing on the night he was murdered. I fell on my knees and broke down. I was broken indeed. Tania hugs me. She rubs my back and whispers to me. "It's okay, darling. Shh..." I couldn't stop crying. Margee came over and left a few flowers for Henry.

Laura comes over to me and hands me the prettiest red rose that I've ever seen. "Give him this. Put it in his hands. It'll cherish with him forever." I nod and took it. I stand up and look at Henry. I slowly put the rose in between his hands and fingers. I went closer to his ear.

"I... love... you..."

I gave Henry a small kiss on the cheek. I step back from him. There was a long minute of silence in mourning. Once we were done, Laura and the servants close his coffin and lower him right before my eyes. All of us threw flowers in his grave. Margee and Kendall hugged me close.

"This is all so much for a damn obsession..." Margee mumbled. "I'm so sorry, (Y/N)." Laura looks at the servants. "Bury him now. Quickly. Do not tell Master about this." They all nodded and got to work with the shovels.

I release from the two women. I notice someone walking over. It was a man. "Ah. Van Helsing, you've made it." Laura greets him. "I've read your letter." he said. "What seems to be the trouble?" Tania grabs my hand and walks me up to him. "This is (Y/N). The other two women are Kendall and Margee. They were all kidnapped by our Master."

The man's eyes widened. "Count Dracula???"

"Yes." Tania replies. "(Y/N) is in grave danger. He's been terrorizing her privacy. And might be planning to marry her against her will. You must help her at once, Van Helsing." He looks at me. "Is this all true, young lady?" I nod. "Then I will help you and your friends to the fullest extent. Allow me to introduce myself to you. I am Prof. Van Helsing. Dracula is my archenemy. We've fought in the past. You must be (Y/N) (L/N), I presume?"

"Yeah, that's me." I say.

Van Helsing touches my shoulder. "Well I'm glad I've met you. I know you and your two friends most definitely need my help. And I am here to solve your problems." Kendall comes over to him. "Van Helsing. Help (Y/N) first. Me, Kendall, and my cousin Margee are assassins. We don't need a lot of help, but we desperately need you."

Margee touches my shoulder and looks at Van Helsing. "She's suffered the most. Help her before you help us." He nodded. "As you wish." He holds his hand out to me. "Come, (Y/N). Let's get better acquainted." I grab his hand without no hesitation.
