I just finished setting up my basement for this meeting I have with this team of doctors in Beirut. Right now it's two fifty-five am, but not in Beirut. It's going to be ten am.
"Nah. Wake yo fine ass up," I tapped Waverly.
"I am tired, I get the point."
"Nah. Love you, we got work to do," I said and smiled into the camera.
"I get it, I am tired. This is the five days in a row. I am tired."
I just smiled at her, yeah I am not going to stop either. She wants to be controlling.
My camera connected to the call.
"Marhaban sabah alkhayri," I said in Arabic. Telling them hello and good morning.
"Marhaban sabah alkhayri," they all repeated and smiled.
Ocean ass taught me how to say this. I'm glad for once she wasn't being childish and had me saying some wild shit.
"How is everyone?" I asked.
"Lovely," one woman said.
"We know that it is extremely late over there so we will get this start," a doctor said. Of course.
I looked over to Waverly who was falling to sleep in her chair. So I kicked it and she jumped up.

I was making myself lunch since it was Saturday and no need to be in the office. Waverly is still sleeping, the meeting was four hours long.
They asked if I could join them in Lebanon for research and testing..well we know my CA cells work. They would like me to come down there and work with some patients.
Waverly's ass definitely woke up then. But I told them I would have to think about it and talk with my wife. Of course, I would because I'd be leaving the country.
"Look a zombie," I said to Waverly and she stuck up the middle finger pouring herself a cup of coffee.
"That's not nice," I smiled.
"You are not going to Lebanon."
"Well, good morning to you too babe. That decision is not yours to make about my work. It is as a married couple something we are to talk about."
