Sweet Feet
It's been a week since someone trashed my little store. I have no idea who would do this, thing's on our end have been good so far. I've been seeing Cathy four times a week like I should and taking my meds every day and night.
This week Nao saw her therapist twice for her own reasons. We've been good. Jade and Queens kids came back yesterday and we took them and our kids to the zoo. Which was fun, Wren loved it more than everyone. Hali hated it, and so did Jasmine.
"You okay?" Wren asked.
"Yes, but you didn't have to show up to work beautiful. The store won't be back opened until another three months," I said.
"I know, but I didn't want to go with our grandparents."
"Wren, now you know how your mother is. I think it's best you have CJ or Mack take you back to the house for when they come."
"I don't want to. I am eighteen soon and I don't have to listen to any of you. Why do you all act like I am stupid?"
"We do not."
"You do, you all do. I know this family sells drugs and cocaine. I know she is a gang leader, she has killed people. I ran away to find her in Central America by myself. I am not stupid, so stop treating me like a fucking baby," she said storming out of the front door.
"I will go with her," CJ said.
"Thank you," I replied as he went after her. "Take her home," I yelled picking up my cell. "Hi baby," I said to Nao.
"I cooked, what time are you getting in?"
"I'll be leaving in a few Wren is upset. I want to make sure CJ takes her home."
"You want me to go over there and wait for her?"
"No, she is a teenager now. She had her emotions and everything."
"Yeah, yeah, we got one coming up soon," she said referring to Jacob.
"Yes. I'll call you when I leave?"
"Alright then, I love you."
"I love you too small dick," I said and hung up.
I laughed and locked my storage room. I went back out to the front and there was a guy and some girls looking around the store.
"Hey, guy's we are closed for the next few months. Sorry for the inconvenience," I smiled.
"That's cool, not looking for shoes for my bitches. So, I'll get right to the point. I am Tyree," he smiled and I pressed my phone to call Nao back.
