You basically just play video games until your shift starts. By the time you need to go you're head hurts a little from it, but that was normal.

You car is parked in the underground parking lot of your apartment complex. It was an easy-to-pick-out car. While everything in the car park was newer models, you had a cute little 2004 Jeep Cherokee. You loved it.

You hopped in, and off to work you went.

You started a little earlier than usual, mostly because you were bored of playing video games at home while Biscuit made for legs numb by planting his chunky ass on them. The parking lot was completely empty, as usual, so you were always able to get a park as close to the front doors as possible.

It's dead quiet inside, aside from some squeaks of staff bots mopping the floors. You give one a wave as you walk past it, and it gives you a blank stare in return. You click your tongue against the roof of your mouth and try to avoid the other staff bots until you finally make it to the daycare. Per usual, the doors are wide open and the lights are bright.

You dump your stuff in there staff room and practically skip to the daycare. You felt quite chipper today.

Hen you stand in the doorway of the daycare, Sun is standing right in the middle bouncing on his heels. He doesn't come running up to you until you take a few steps into the daycare. "Sunflowerrr!!!" He screams, scooping you into his arms and spinning in circles.

You cry out with laughter and cling tightly to him. "Whats up, Sunny? You're happy this morning!"

Sun finished up his spins and plants you on the ground, but he still keeps his hands on your arms. "Moon told me everything! While I AM very proud of how brave you are and how much you want to help, But I-"

You but his face with your forehead. "Yes, I know, I know! You don't think this is the best idea! Sunny I need you to trust me on this, please!"

"But..." Sun continues, "...you need to be careful, especially is whatever was impacting Moon is still there. You need to have a plan, sunflower"

You give Sun a faint smile. It makes you feel a bit better that Sun is trying to help you now rather than talk you out of it. "Yes, and I have a plan. I'm staying in here the entirety of nap time on the security desk, that way if anything happens I can lock moon to the ceiling as fast as I can"

Sun mods as he runs through your plan a second time in his head.  "We'll, I do still have my doubts about some things, but I trust you sunflower" he smiles.

That makes your smile stretch a little more, and you dismiss the warm feeling in your cheeks. It was probably nothing. There's a knock on the door, and you and Sunny get to work for the day.

And then before you know it, you're helping Sunny set out blankets for nap time. You pull pillows and blankets from the cupboard in the wall and hand them to Sunny, who neatly lays them out on the floor. His hand fidget almost every chance they get. You cock your head and smile at him. "Everything ok, Sunny? You're nervous"

He blinks at you, surprised you're able to read him so well. "We'll, I suppose I would be. This would be the first time Moon is able to interact with the children after... after quite a while... not to mention, you'll be here. What if something happens? What if the children... what if you get hurt?"

You flash him your toothiest grin you can in the hopes of making him feel somewhat better. "It'll be fine, Sunny. I have a plan, and Moon would never hurt the kids, or me" You say that left part with a sprinkle of doubt, but you don't let it show through.
