Kendalls POV
I ran to the clinic as fast as I can. I looked at her. She's a mess. But she's my mess. She's been like this. The doctor said its just headaches and common stuff. But It somehow affected her. She gets tired easily. She breathes really fast and irregular. She's always tired. I kissed her forehead

As I walked into the clinic I immediately placed her on the bed for the nurse to work. I watch her. Help my girlfriend who was unconscious. It reminded me of the scene I almost saw.
Why would cara do that she has Selena!
Or maybe?

I was snapped out by the nurse
"Kendall you need to take Her home and tell her parents." I noded I wasn't going to take her home tho. Her mom will do nothing. I carried her bridal style to my car. It was about to rain. So i hurriedly strap her in the front seat.

I looked at the sky. It's crying. I looked at her. I was crying. I shouldn't have hurt her like that. I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for why they almost kissed. I know Nicole she's not a cheater. She's loyal. I loved the heart of her. I smiled and decided to let it go. I know her she's different from other guys. And she's a girl.

I held her cold hands. The warmth in them were drained. It was cold and lifeless. I shook Her. She was still unconscious. I stopped at my house. And carried her inside. My maids attended to her immediately.
"We should get her to the hospital." I turned to look at kylie. Leaning by the door frame.
"I know." I said
"Kendall something seems wrong?" Kylie walked closer to me. Now I remembered why we did those things. She was beautiful. But our spark left immediately. I look at her as a sister now and just that.
"Please excuse me and kylie." The maids exited out of the room closing it quietly.
"Kylie...meet Nicole my Uncousious girlfriend." She examined her closely.
"Kendall take care of her it's evident she's been through a lot." Kylie stood up and looked t me with a blank expression.
I looked at Nicole.
"Tell me.." She sat at my bed next to Nicole and patted her lap for me to seat on.
"It's cara..." As I knew it I was already crying.
"Tell me what did she do?" I told we everything. About what happened.
"Kendall...talk to Cara. Maybe what you saw.was a mistake. Both you and Selena. Get more details alright? And I know this girl is good for you ever since you dated her. You are always smiling. That made me come to my senses that maybe someone else can take care of you and make you happy." Kylie stood up and kissed me. I was caught up by surprise but I began to kiss back too. I realized my unconscious girlfriend. Is infront of us. She stood up and was confused. I pulled away from kylie.
"Uhm...you're awake." I said nervously.
" y-yeah..ouch.." She held her chest area she began to breathe heavier
"Hey...stay with me!" Kylie was there witnessing the whole thing.
I grabbed my keys and carried Nicole down to the car im taking her o the hospital now! She was whispering I couldn't make it out tho.
"K-kendall..im sorry." I cried and went on to driving my sister came she was at the back of the car with Nicole.

We arrived at the hospital and she was immediately taken care of.
This day is just the worse.
I'm tired. I'm hungry, and my girlfriend is unconscious.

A doctor came near me.
"Maam.." He stood taller than me
"Doc..what happened is she okay?"
"Uhm..ms.Carter is suffering from a heart disease. It's emotional trauma. She can't e exposed to extreme emotions. Like extreme pain, and stress."
"Is there anything we can do?" I asked pleading
"An operation." He said and left.
"It's going to be fine kendall." Kylie was hugging me. While I sob
"Kylie..why her. She's been through so much." I cried at her shoulders letting all the pain out. Tommorow we have school. And I won't go just for Nicole's sake.
"Maam the patient is fine do you want to see her?" A nurse said I just noded

We went throught doors. And doors. Finding her room. Now I was prepared to open the door.
I opened it to see my beautiful girlfriend there. Awake.
"Babe?" I came closer to her she stood up and smiled. I couldn't help but be touched by her. No matter how much pain they caused her she still has a smile that can brighten up my day.
"It's rude to stare ken." She laughed. But with difficulty.
"Hey..easy there I know everything." We talked about it.
"You'll get better I know it okay." I pecked her lips.
"Nick?" She said
It reminds me.
"You want your little brother?"
"Yes please." She's so cute.
"Alright...kylie please accompany Nicole while I'm away. Thanks." I walked away to leave them im sure they'll be fine.

Nicole's POV
Everything just stops. My heart is in pain. Kendall told me everything. I was going to cry but I held the tears down.
I thought oft brother. What if I was gone who would take care of him. Kendall can't do that. She isn't oblique to do it.
I looked at her
"Nick?" Was all I could say.
"You want your little brother?" She said
"Y-yes please."
"Okay." She walked to kylie and told her something, and that's about it I was left with her sister kylie. It was pretty awkward
"Nicole..." Kylie sat at my bed. "Do you like my sister?" She asked looking at me straight in the eyes. I can feel her gaze burn me.
"Y-yes." I answered
"Take care of her. Don't be nervous. And if anything goes wrong tell me first. So I won't beat the crap of you." She said sternly. I chuckled abit at her protectiveness it reminded me of Nick and I
"Why are you laughing?" She asked
"You remind me of my little brother." I laughed abit.
This i going to be a good friendship between us. I know it.

Wait?..cara?! Where is she? We almost kissed. I remembered everything that happened before. Mackenzie. Somehow when I think to much my heart just skips a beat. When I think of Cara. I should be feeling this way with kendall. I do feel it. Cara just happens to have the same effect kendall has. This is getting bizarre for me.
