After one and half hours monu reach destination...
She instructs her team to be careful  n be  aware

Monu- sab log dhyan rakhna...aur update me of everything...
Monu- hello I m doc monami ...I m new surgeon  joining today... where is cabin of CEO of hospital
Receptionist-welcome mam...on 2nd floor..

Monu goes from there... n goesin his cabin

Monu- may I come in sir...
Sir- good morning...please have a seat..
Monu- thank u...n sits
Sir- where have u worked earlier...
Monu- in mahajan hospital...
Sir -OK...u may join OT now
Monu- OK...n says ab tum logo ka pada fash karti hu...( in mind)

Karan messages monu

Karan- kesi ho...sab thik he waha pe...apna dhyan rakhna...if anyhelp needed call me
Monu- (replies) yes Mr shergill. Abhi toh akr sirf 2 hrs Hua he,..aur apka yeh Hal he...

Monu seesone nurse talking to someone on call...goes behind her...
Nurse- ha sir mene apka..Kam kar diya he...
Monu-( yeh konse Kam ki baat kar rahi he... Pata lagana hoga)
Nurse leaves monu goes in other...n she has an operation case...of cardiac failure...

Monu- plz ap sab meri help kijiye...she is critical...mknu tries to save her lot...but she dies...
Monu- yeh kese ho sakta he...she was stable n now she is dead...
Nurse- may be uski life itni hi hogi...
Monu- yeh kya bakwas kar rahe ho...we r doctors  we need to save people....at any cost...agar iski Jajah tumhari family mese koi hota toh yahi kehti tum
Nurse- no...sorry mam..
Monu- inform the relatives now...n give me patients file...I want to see
Nurse-yes mam...
Mknu takes the file n goes from there...to her cabin...
Monu- kuch toh gadbad he...how can she die...after stable  heart rate n all...
She goes through file...but don't find anything....

She then comes out n searches n looks at all...rooms for clues...
Monu then sees CCTV room n she gets inside it...

She sees the video  of her OT operation...n finds out that some one has given the patient one injection...
Mknu is not able to see her face...
Monu- yeh kon he...aur isne kya diya use...I will have to find out
Monu calls her team informs them about all...n tells them to find the nurse......

In afternoon...at mess

Faizi- karankaha kho gaya...kha le na kuch...thik hogi woh......relax
Karan- Pata nahi khana khaya ki nahi...usne...
Abhi tak call bhi nahi kiya usne
Koel- really sir...she must be busy...aur woh bohot smart he..she will take care of her self..

Monu calls Karan...he sees n smiles...n picks in one go...
Karan- kesi ho tum? Kuch khaya ki nahi....sab this,he na...kuch prblm toh nahi..
Monu-are...bas Karo kitne sawal karoge...saas toh le lo...me thik hu sab thik he...khana khane ja rahi hu...
Karan- OK...I miss u monu
Monu- me too.tum ne khana khaya...kya
Karan- hmm..
Mknu- I knew it...kha lo abhi Varna...
Karan- ha khata hu... ayr batao  kya news he..mission ki
Monu tells him everything
Karan - it's strange...kuch toh bohot bada ho raha he waha...fond it out soon n come back ranisahiba...
Monu- OK...rat ko call karti hu...bye
Karan- bye...

Monu sees the record file..of hospital...n gets shock seeing it...

Monu- yeh kya he itna jyada death rate...hospital ka...
Facilities  hote Hua bhi kitne log kese mar sakte he...
She goes out...of ot...n sees one old lady crying....
Monu- kya Hua aunty...ap roh rahi he...
Aunty-  dekho na beta...,mere bete ko mar diya pehele...aur ab uski body bhi kho gayi keh rahe he...yese kese ho sakta he...
Monu- kyaaa....body kho gayi...kese
Aunty- dekho na tum doc ho na...
Monu- me dekhti hu...

At night
Monu is disturbed ...due to all this...
She is not able to sleep...so stands  in her balcony of room.....
And sees that...the same nurse...is going some where...
Monu gets up...n goes behind her...

She follows her to a isolated  bunglow...n sees something shocking...

Precap- monu finds out...the hospital secret...
