(this was meant to be the conversation between david and his therapist)

(Context: davids 10. hes basically having a conversation with the his therapist about why he killed this one woman, out of anger! yeah.)

David: i swear i didnt mean to hurt her. i dont want to be the reason someone gets hurt. 

Cal: i understand that, son.

i dont wanna go to jail, i dont want to end up like my mom or my dad i wanted to be good, i wanted to be happy, this isnt fair. 

Cal: that wont be happening, you acted out of self defense.

David: i cant help it, i cant, im trying i cant stop it. im sorry.

Cal: please dont apologize, i understand your concern. now, can i ask you something, David?

David: yeah, you can.

Cal: did Ms Baxter do anything in particular to make you feel what you did? when you did that to her? 

David: she made me mad.

Cal: what did she do to make you upset, David?

David: she yelled at me, she made me feel small.

Cal: is that the only thing she did? 

David: no.

Cal: could you tell me what else she did?

David: she told me stuff.

Cal: im sorry?

David: she made me feel dirty, i dont like feeling dirty, im not.

Cal: what do you mean by 'dirty' David?

David: ...

Cal: did she tou-"

David: no.

Cal: then what was it?

David: im sorry.

Cal: why?

David: i lied to you, again, sir, im sorry.

Cal: so she did? am i understanding correctly? 

David: yes. yeah, thats right.

Cal: i appreciate you're honesty, would this be what made you reach your breaking point?

David: mostly, yeah.
