Reading, Binge-watching, daydreaming. That's pretty much sums up my weekend.

I have no life, really.

Other than studying or my pathetic love life nothing interesting going on in my life, unlike Rose.

Opening my laptop I go straight to por-- I meant, my Google classroom.

Seeing I have no work left I decided it be best to go out taste the fresh air, even though I didn't know what we gained from it.

After I finished getting ready, if just putting a hoodie count I called Rose asking if she want to stroll the park with me getting some fresh air *cough* impromptu date *cough*

Rosie 🤍: What's up?

Y/N: Hey I was wondering if you want a park date with me?

Rosie 🤍: You want to go on a park date with a park?

I can sense her teasing smile from miles away.

Y/N: Yes, so would you go on a date with me Ms. Park?

Rosie 🤍: I would love too Y/N.

There's the tone. That's the tone where she would let down someone.

Y/N: But?

Rosie🤍: How do you know there's a but?

Y/N: I know you Rosie.

Rosie 🤍: I'm at my parents house and my mom want me to accompany her because she's not feeling well, and I don't want to say no to her, Sorry.

Y/N: Oh, Yeah it's totally fine you should be with your mom now. Send my hello and hope she gets better.

Y/N: I could come over and bring her foods or medici--

Rosie 🤍: No! Don't need I already did that.

Y/N: Ok..

Rosie 🤍: Enjoy the park. But not too much because I'm the only Park for you.

She's so flirty sometimes.

I chuckled, "I will." After I bid my goodbye I hung up the phone and sulk up on my couch, now I don't want to go.

I end up did go out that day and goes to local market, buying some street foods and pretty much enjoying myself.

I was disappointed that I didn't get to spend time with her, but I have to realized too that I'm not a priority in her life. She can't just drop everything and go straight to me.

Not that I expected her to leave her sick mom just to take a walk with me, but I do hope she asked me to come over and help her.

Believe me or not I would love to help her and her mom, it's not a romantic time or anything taking care of her sick mother but I want to have that kinda intimacy like that.

The one where she trust me, she wants me near her or her family vulnerable state, where I comfort her.

One thing I noticed about Rose was she's hard to get close too, she build up this, this walls around her where everytime you almost made it through she kept piling up another brick.
