"𝘊𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘬", "what is that?" Vance thought to himself his eyes still closed wanting to go back to sleep. Someone had started giggling, " what is going on?" Vance thought as he started to open his eyes to see what was going on. His eyesight was blurry at first, but once his eyesight got clear, he saw four boys in front of him one with a phone and the rest giggling. The four boys were Billy, Griffin, Robin, and Finney, "we're fucked" Finney said once the boys realized Vance was awake. "What the hell are you fuckers doing?" Vance asked, "nothing" the boys said as they started getting as far as possible from Vance. Vance tried to get up but he couldn't, " what the hell" he mumbled, that's when he realized Bruce was basically hugging Vance.

Vance was a tomato when he realized that Bruce was hugging him, Bruce was starting to wake up, "oh shit" Vance thought to himself. "What's going on?" Bruce asked sitting up, he didn't realize what was going on, "nothing" Vance said still looking like a tomato, "oh okay" Bruce said rubbing his eyes. All of the boys went up to the kitchen for breakfast, "hey guys!" Gwen said as she went to go sit on the table to eat, Donna had gave the boys a little wave. "Good morning!" Rose said with food in her mouth "Rose what did I tell you about eating with your mouth open" her mother said, "sorry" rose said. The group had sat at the the table eating breakfast discussing what they should do for the rest of day," how about you guys go to the park" Vance's mother said, "yeah that sounds like a good idea" Griffin said, the group had agreed. "Can I go?" Rose asked, "no, remember you got to go to your friends birthday party" Vance said to Rose "oh yeah" she said. All of the teens went to go and get ready so they can go to the park they started playing games like tag, hide a seek, and some other games, they also went to go play on the playground.

[ i just wanna say, Vance did push little kids off the playground.]

"Hey you think we should maybe start heading back to Griffin's house so we can grab our stuff to go home?" Donna asked, it was 5:00pm. "Yeah I think it's time we get going." Griffin said, and with that they all started heading back to Griffin's house so they could get there stuff to go home. "Bye guys!" Griffin said as the others left to go back home, "bye!" The others said to Griffin and Vance as they walked back home. Donna and Billy walked together since they lived in the same neighborhood and Bruce, Finney, and Gwen walked together. "Well bye guys" Bruce said as they got to his house, "bye Bruce" Gwen and Finney told Bruce as he went inside his house.

Bruce's POV
"Mom I'm home!" I yelled, "hi sweetie!" My mom yelled back, it sounded like she was in the kitchen. I head to the kitchen to go see what she was doing, "what are you doing?" I asked her, "making dinner, wanna help?" She asked with a little smile. "Sure, I would love to hel-" I said until I heard my father, "Bruce Yamada!" He sounded angry, "yes, father" I said, I knew I was in trouble. "Would you like to explain why our neighbor saw you hanging out with Vance Hopper!" He was pissed, he had his arms crossed and his foot was tapping the floor as he waited for me to respond. "We weren't doing anything bad" I said "he isn't a bad person yo-" I was screwed, " Bruce, he is a bad person he has fought multiple people and has went to jail, he probably does drugs too!" He was yelling at this point. " Dad you can't always judge somebody, I mean you can sometimes but not all the time" I said to him " why are you defending a boy like him Bruce, I thought you knew better but I guess not!" He yelled. "I do know better but you sure don't!" I yelled at him, that's when I realized what I did, my Father was fucking pissed he was all red, that's when I felt a sharp pain on my face.

He had hit me, I had grabbed on to my cheek the minute my dad hit me, "Stop this right now!" My mother yelled at my father, "you never talk to me like that ever again" he said in a stern voice, then he left. "Are you okay?" Mom asked in a worry tone, "I'm okay, you don't have to worry" I said as I started to walk to my room. Once I got to my room I started to feel tears come out from my eyes, "I hate him" I mumbled, I knew it was wrong to say those type of things about your parents but I can't help it sometimes, ever since dad's brother died he's just been different. When I was 11 my dad's brother had died due to cancer, ever since dad's been different, he stopped playing baseball with me, he stopped dancing with Amy, he just stopped being the person we knew him as, instead he ended up drinking always getting pissed off at small things, yelled at me or Amy if we messed up on things.
