"So you're saying..."

Kakashi thought for a few minutes, thinking about what Guy said to him. He was told about the suspicious activity, and had even seen it himself. Yesterday, Ino and Tenten were walking around with a seemingly old scroll for some reason, but he was too busy being dragged around by Naruto to check it out.

[ The Streets of Konohagakure ]

"Kakashi-sensei! Come on, we gotta go!" Naruto yelled, grabbing Kakashi's wrist. "I can't be late, I can't!!! Come onnn!"

Kakashi sighed as he allowed Naruto to drag him around. 'Where is he even bringing me at this point?'

"Naruto, where're we going?"
"Don't ask, just follow!"

"Ino, let's go, we can't be late."
"Coming! Sorry, I just saw the prettiest flowers and they looked so..."
"Charming? Beautiful? I get your point, but let's go."

Kakashi eyed the two as they walked past him, noticing what Ino had in her hands. She raised them high and yawned, but Naruto started pulling him faster.

"Let's go already!"

The scroll that he saw in the Yamanaka's hands was old and was obviously ripping. Tainted yellow and quite wrinkled, he thought to himself.

But when Naruto brought him to their destination...

That day, he ended up treating Naruto by getting him Ichiraku Ramen. Jiraya was in town and Naruto had brought him along to see him.

After that though, he had went back out to look for Tenten and Ino. He hadn't seen them till he was walking home and they passed him, heading towards the Hokage Tower.

[ Currently... ]

"I did see them carrying around an oddly old scroll." He crossed his arms, nodding. "I think they were borrowing it for...something. I just don't know what, but whatever they were borrowing it for, Tsunade knew and didn't mind it. What could be so important that even Tsunade would lend them a scroll that old?"

"A scroll?" Guy hummed, putting a finger on his chin. "Which scroll?"
"If I knew, I would have told you already."
"Oh yeah."

Kakashi sighed and tried to remember more about that day, but nothing came to him. "We should investigate this. The kunoichi have been acting very odd since Sakura and Hinata came out dating!" Guy kept on thinking about it, them shook his head when nothing came up. "They've been avoiding us a lot strangely. I tried spying on them once, but they caught me almost immediately." Kakashi huffed under his breath.

"Oh? How did that happen?" The other suddenly chuckled.
"Shut up, Guy."

"HEEEEEEY! KAKASHI-SENSEI!!!!" A (very) familiar voice yelled.
"GUY-SENSEIIII!" Another (very, very)familiar voice followed behind.

The two Jonin grunted and turned to Naruto and Lee speeding towards them...really, really quickly. "Granny Tsunade told us to tell you guys that there might be some kinda enemies around Konoha and to be on.. high.. alert!!" The two had been running out of breath, they'd run all the way over from the training grounds from the Hokage Tower.
