Mario one *story

PIRATES!

Luigi pov:

I knew my brother wanted to fight the Pirate King, but I also saw him retreating to the lower decks from a spot on the S.S.Toadstool.

So I ran my own path through, honestly I don't know what I was thinking, I'm usually just defense!

I saw him talking to an impish looking first mate as.. as he loaded up a cannon faced to the ship.

He could do it with ease, which made me even more nervous to do this. No, I have to.

I snuck around a bit and flicked out a dagger. I ran out and jumped from a barrel to Bowser's back, I then put the knife against his throat.

"R-remove that cannon ball."

He sighed and did so.

"Kamek, stand down."

I looked to where the other was and saw a gold scimitar with rubies in it. I also shuddered knowing one wrong call could've ended with that.

"Now, your knife is a bit dull."

"Shut up."

I need to know what to do next, I've never dealt with this... actually why did I think I could do this!?

A sharp pain was in my chest.

I looked down and saw I had a knife in me.

Immediately I felt like garbage and slipped off, hitting the ground unconscious.

Mario pov:

As I was fighting, they stepped away and I was literally thrown off by another. Soon the toads followed, all dropping into the sea.

I watched the ship speed off.

"Damnit... Captain! Drop a ladder!"

We all climbed up onto the ship. Most of the toads had injuries, so they were all taken to be treated.

As I looked around, I realized something.

"WHERE IS MY BROTHER!?"

Bowser pov:

I picked up the scrawny mario look-alike and carried him down the steps.

"Sir, I told them to clean the deck, now are you alright?"

"Yeah. You don't need to worry Kamek."

"I know, but I don't want to see history repeat itself."

I knew what he was talking about... when we made it to the lower levels I put him down in a cage.

"Send one of the healers down, cause I think this is our bargaining chip."
