~Dream~

"Jess...no!", a man yelled as fire spreader throughout the ceiling.
"Aaaaahhhh", Felix cried out before everything went dark.

~End of Dream~

Felix cried out which caused Sam to jump and look over at her to see she was curled into the door crying. Sam reached over,
"Hey, your okay", he softly says.
Felix wiped her tears looking away,
"I'm fine", she said sniffling.

Sam frowned pulling back and went back to looking at Deans cassette tapes.
"Yo", they hear Dean holler, " want breakfast?", he held up a variety of items.
Felix opened the door, stretching a bit. She looked at the items Dean grabbed before choosing the lifesavers.
Dean noticed her tear stains,
"Hey", he placed the items on the truck, touching her arm and pulling her face to look at him. He could see the bags under her eyes,
"Another nightmare", he stated softly.
Felix nodded with a shrug which he sighed kissing her forehead,
"Same one?"

Felix cleared her throat taking a sip of his soda,
"Yeah, but this one Dean, it's different. It has been different since your dad left. I just...", he kissed her gently,
"Everything's gonna be okay Lix, I promise", he replied.

"Hey, how'd you pay for that stuff. You guys and dad still running credit-card scans?", Sam spoke up.
Felix stepped back stealing the whole pack lifesavers,
"Yeah, well, hunting ain't exactly a pro-ball career", Dean says pulling the gas pump from the tank,
"Besides all we do is apply. It's not our fault they send us the cards", he says ushering Felix to get in the car.
"Yeah and what names did you write on the application this time?", Sam asked closing the passenger door.

"Uh...Bert Aframian and his son, Hector", Dean hops in placing his snacks in the middle,
"Scored two cards out of the deal", he says closing his own door.

Sam nods,
"Sounds about right", he says dropping another cassette into the box, " I swear, man you go to update your cassette-tape collection", he looks over at Dean.

"Why?", Dean and Felix chorused looking at Sam.

"Well, for one- - they're cassette tapes, and two - -Black Sabbath, Motörhead, Metallica? It's the greatest hits of mullet rock", Sam retorts.
Felix laughed leaning forward. Deal plucks a cassette tape from Sam's fingers, "house rules Sammy- -driver picks the music, shotgun shuts his cake hole", he says.
Felix clears her throat with an eyebrow raised,
"Except for Lix she has an exception", Dean states seeing her nod in the rear view mirror.

"You know Sammy is a chubby 12 year old, it's Sam. Okay?", he tells Dean who jams to his music.

"I'm sorry, I can't hear you. The musics too loud", he chuckles before driving off.
Felix smiled as they were off on the road again,
"Dean...how far to Jericho?", she asked seeing him look at her in the rear view mirror.
"Maybe an hour. Close your eyes rest a bit"; he said seeing her do just that.

Sam looks back to see she had curled up near the door and had fallen asleep. He wondered how someone like her had changed Dean.

Passing the welcome to Jericho sign, Sam had called every local hospital and morgue to see if any man fitting their fathers description was admitted or dead, in which it was good news being there was none.
Dean eyes the road seeing a situation at the bridge. A few police cars and some yellow tape,
"Check it out", he says nudging Sam. Dean pulls the impala over to the side, Felix runs her eyes tiredly having felt them stop,
"What's going on?", she asked seeing the police.
