Taehyung looked at the ball that was thrown inside the room through the window. The glass pieces were on the floor, while the ball was still bouncing. "What's that?" she questioned, flinched at the sound. "It's-It's a ball. I guess the kids threw it inside." Taehyung stood up immediately and went towards the door not stomping on the glass pieces.

He opened the door and he saw a few kids, standing at the gate, looking at the door with their puppy eyes. "U-uncle. Sorry, we didn't do it purposely." one of the kids said, but he was hella terrified with the way Taehyung stared at them. He would bury them alive with his murdering stares.

"W-we will not play here again, u-uncle. We are sorry." another kid spoke, while Taehyung was staring at each one of them. "Taehyung, it's okay, leave them- ouch." he heard her hissing sound making him rush inside the room, only to see blood dripping from her foot. "What the fuck?" he took her away from the glass pieces.

"Sorry, I didn't know-" she apologised but Taehyung was super mad. "How could you- just sit here." he made her sit on the couch, while Taehyung threw the ball to the kids. The kids thanked him and ran away. He locked the door and ran to take the first aid kit and clothes to treat her. "Who told you to come there? I was talking, right?" his voice represented how mad he was.

"Yoy weren't talking" she chuckled even in pain. "I could see how the kids were terrified to even speak at you. Are you that dangerous to them or what?" she added, Taehyung looked up at her eyes as he was treating her foot. "You should ask them, not me," he mumbled.

"Well, then. Call them next time. Lemme have a quick talk with them." she giggled, she never spoke with anyone other than his doctor friend. She doesn't even know who lives in his next door. She never knew any of his neighbourhood. It was all him and his damn house. Nothing else she knows about.

"Do you even know their names, they are your neighbours, right?" she threw a question, while he sighed and stared at her in disbelief. That's when the words of his friend clicked on his mind. Take her for a walk or something. She needs fresh air.

"When your foot is ready, I will take you for a walk, then you can talk to them," he uttered, her eyebrows arched up in pure shock. Did he say that? "Are you for real?" her voice echoed in the room. He raised his eyes at her again. "Yeah. But I will be by your side every time. You can't leave me" he pointed his finger at her even though she doesn't see it. "Oh, sure." she smiled, and in that instance, he fell for that smile. His heart started pounding way too fast than ever. If he could say, that would be her smile out of happiness. This would be his first time witnessing that. How beautiful it was. He wished to see her smile again and again.

He wrapped her foot with the bandage and dressed up nicely. "It's done, don't stress it up," he said, while she was not thinking about that as she would go outside after months. "I'm all fine. Look- ahh ouch." she jolted up while Taehyung grabbed her waist instantly. "I told you." he pressed his lips. "I'm sorry. Didn't know this could be this painful," she said, while Taehyung didn't think again before picking her up in his arms.

"What- why?" she questioned, her arms encircling his neck. "Can you say a better way?" he replied, and she kept mum. He took her to their bedroom and put her on the bed gently. "Read this now. I have something important to do. My official work. Don't disturb." he said, handing her the book he bought for her. "Thank you" she mumbled, opening the book, and reading it with her fingers.

He stood there for a while and stared at her face before leaving the room.

_

"Do I look good?" she asked Taehyung who was sitting on the bed, staring at her dressing up for a mere walk in the park. "Yeah. You look good, now come on," he said, linking his arm with hers. She was excited despite him. Because she was going outside for the first time in a while. She gonna meet his neighbours. She gonna talk with those kids. Maybe their moms as well.

As he brought her to the park, he pulled her closer, wrapping her shoulder. She was all smiling, breathing in, filling her lungs with the air. Her hair was going back, making her cling to him more. She smelled some food around but doesn't know what was it. "You want some fish cake?" he questioned. Oh, fish cake it was. She thought.

"Yeah." she smiled, and he made her sit on one of the benches. She was waiting for her food, but she heard some kids giggling next to her. "What's your name?" she asked, but the kids were confused since she wasn't staring at her face. "I'm Ares and he's my friend Kevin" the kid answered, while she turned to the side where the voice came from. "Oh, sorry. I just can't see. I'm YN. Nice to meet you two" she handed her hand to them while one of the kids hesitantly gave his hand to her.

"So what you guys are studying?" she questioned, while the kids looked into her eyes. They looked normal but something was not good. "You really can't see us?" he asked in curiosity. "Yeah. I can't." she doesn't know how to make them believe. "Tell me what I'm having in my hand," he said, holding a toy gun. "I wanna touch to know what was it," she said, reaching her hand to the boy but the boy went back.

"No, you can't come to me," he said, running here and there, but not to her. "Let me touch it one time," she uttered, curious to know what was it. "No, I will not give it to you, you have to say it." the kid giggled at her desperate stare. "It's a fucking toy gun." the kids turned to taehyung who was walking towards them with two fish cakes in his hands. When the kids saw him, they ran away from them, she sighed hearing them leaving.

"Why were you doing this? They are gone" she pouted, and he sat next to her on the bench. "Here. Have your fish cake." he gave her one. "Yeah, but they were playing with me," her whining face was irresistible. "You will get to play with them later, now eat," he said, while she sighed, eating it. "Taehyung." as she called, he stared at her to speak further. "Can you take me to the movies as well? I know I can't watch it, but still, I wanna be there. I have never been there actually." her words were full of pain yet she was smiling.

"No-" he said, her face fell quickly. "I mean, n-not now, but some other day," he said, her face lit up. "Thank you so much" she hugged him quickly, while he instantly moved the fish cake away. She giggled on his shoulders, while he smiled as well.

He can't resist her, can he?

After having it, they stood up for a walk, he entwined his fingers with hers. Her happiness couldn't be described. They had a long walk before going back home.
