jihoon walked back to school earlier than he always did. he stuffed his belongings into the locker and slammed his head on the locker door after closing it. he wasn't worried about bothering anyone, because no one except him was ever there in the morning when the school just opened.

but someone had indeed been there. and the shit was scared out of soonyoung when he saw jihoon hit his head onto his locker.

soonyoung's eyebrows furrowed as he noted that jihoon was wearing clothes that were definitely not his, they were too big for him and made soonyoung wonder if jihoon spent the night at someone else's house.

stalking wasn't what soonyoung was doing, he just figured that if jihoon wouldnt give soonyoung his locker number, he would just have to find out for himself.

but seeing jihoon in the morning made soonyoung forget all his worries from the past days and let out a genuine smile. once again, soonyoung thought he was doing a good job at hiding, but jihoon was even better at noticing small things. ever since he got to school he felt lingering eyes following him around. and when he got to his locker he was able to catch a glimpse of the person following him. It was a guy probably in his grade, he looked familiar. maybe they had a class together.

so jihoon, already putting the pieces together, realized that the only reason someoen woudl be following him is if they are 1. creepy and is a stalker or 2. wants to know more about him, like seungchol had talked about. he came to the conclusion that this boy was the same as the one from the bathroom. he closed his locker and walked down the hallway but stopped after turning a corner.

he carefully peeked around the corner to see the boy at jihoons locker trying to stuff something down his locker.

now that jihoon was able to see the boy, he recognized him immediately. it was soonyoung from his english class, but recognizing the boy only confused jihoon more. jihoo was pretty sure soonyoung had lots of friends, like lots, he was acknowledged by all the teachers as a future idol and all the girls loved to flirt with him. So why was he spending his time with jihoon?     

jihoon walked away, putting his head down, sighing.

"my lifes a fucking joke"

but it only stuck onto jihoons mind the whole day, he went to his first class but left to the bathroom during second period because he heard people laughing behind him and jihoon almost started crying. jihoon checked his watch continuously as he watched the hour hand reach 1, meaning english was starting in 5 minutes.

he tapped his phone anxiously as he wondered what to do. he was about to open the stall door when someone came into the restroom.

"jihoonahhh" the voice sang. and jihoon was able to recognize soonyoung just though his voice. jihoon didnt answer, wondering how this was his reality.

"oh sorry sir, i thought you were someone else"

"what?" jihoon laughed

"no its me, i was just thinking"

"you scared me jihoonah" jihoon

"i have a question"

"and i may have an answer"

"why dont you want me to see you?"

"what do you mean, when did i ever say that"

"it was you following me this morning right?"

"you saw me?"

"... no" jihoon said wanting to have fun with soonyoung

"i could feel someone watching me, and you would hide everytime i turned around. so why? i bet youre not a loser like me"

"no one said you were a loser so stop degrading yourself"

"that didn't anwser my question" jihoon cracked a little smile

"i just feel like you wont want to hang out with me if you knew who i was"

"youre literally not in the position to say that. im the one hiding in the bathroom all day."

"anyone can be insecure"

"hey now youre making me sound bad, i didnt say that people cant be insecure. but im gonna figure you out one day"

soonyoung giggled, "id like to see you try"

"are you laughing at me? i heard you trying to be secretive this morning, you better step up your game" jihoon pouted

"fine lets bet, if you can figure out who i am then ill grant you wish, and you dont by november then you grant a wish for me"

"deal, that sounds fun but whats so special about november?"

"our school field trip, and if i win this bet, im gonna ask you out there"
