Stella Hales was born in Pawnee, Indiana, and she's twenty-six and still lives there. She could leave any day, but she likes getting good treatment because of who her parents are.
It's not until she pushes her father over the line that she has no other choice than to get an actual job: a government job.
After determining the easiest spot, Stella joins the Parks and Recreation department. At first, she doesn't fit in; she's the outsider, the bitch of the group (that is, other than April).
It isn't until the small group teaches her the importance of friends and family that she really begins to appreciate the little things and slowly, but surely, falls in love with the city.
Author's Note: Welcome, everybody! This is my first attempt (ever) at a Parks and Rec fanfiction, and I'm excited!
Cast: Sophia Bush will be portraying Stella Hales.
Rating: This story will be rated PG-13 for violence, crude humor, language, and sexual encounters.
