Despite having the best weekend of his life, Jimin was more than just on edge. (He was also still a virgin, mind you. Which didn't help at all.) It just happened that one of his brightest students-Choi Hana-did poorly on the test the week prior and her mother had barged into his office god-awfully early on a Monday morning to yell at him for being an incompetent teacher.

The student had been right behind her mother, tugging at her hand and begging her to stop with all this embarrassment. But the omega woman didn't listen. Mrs Choi snarled at Jimin, called him names and was ready to take him by the collar and shake him if not for Jungkook who'd chosen that exact moment to pop his head in Jimin's office to get a glimpse of him before their classes started.

The mother had stopped her shouting that same moment, suddenly composing herself and watching Jungkook as he stepped inside and asked what was happening.

By his stance alone, Jimin could tell that the alpha was ready to defend him against Mrs Choi if Jimin just asked, but he didn't. It wasn't Jimin's first rodeo with overstepping parents who thought to humiliate him by yelling their lungs out and just slightly shook his head at the alpha, asking with his eyes to just wait until he deals with the woman himself.

Mrs Choi, on the other hand, didn't notice that at all. She huffed and cleared her throat, ready to say something rude again, but Jimin was used to these kinds of situations and easily stepped in between her shouting could continue. "Mrs Choi, as I was saying before-Hana made a simple mistake which I already discussed with her and we both came to the conclusion that it was not done deliberately. Lucky for her, she can retake the test next week-a fact I would have told you sooner if you hadn't started shouting." He noticed her turning red at his last words so he sighed, glancing at Jungkook only to turn red himself. The alpha was smiling at him, a glint of pride in his big, bright eyes. "If you'd please excuse us, Mrs Choi, the lesson is about to start and we all still need to prepare for it."

"I-," the woman didn't continue her thought because Hana was dragging her mother out of the classroom with tearful eyes; the girl looked so petrified by the encounter and her mother's outburst that Jimin felt sorry for her. He made a mental note to speak to Hana privately after their lesson and reassure her that he was in no way angry at her about what her mother had said.

As the door shut behind Mrs Choi and left Jimin alone with the most handsome alpha his eyes had ever seen, the thoughts of school and anything job-related vanished from Jimin's mind.

Clad in his signature P.E teacher look-with dark grey joggers and a zip-up hoodie-Jungkook commanded the room like it was his domain and not Jimin's classroom. His shoulders looked sharp beneath the soft material of the hoodie even while his hands were hidden inside the pant's pockets, and the ease with which he moved rendered Jimin breathless.

"Hi," the omega greeted him softly, looking at the alpha with star-filled eyes while Jungkook slowly approached.

"Hi, yourself," Jungkook grinned back. When he finally stopped right next to the standing omega he bent down to press his lips to Jimin's own, stealing a simple, tender kiss. "Missed you."

Jimin's sweet giggles filled the space between them. His lips tingled from the sudden contact, cheeks rosy red. "But you saw me yesterday morning."

He had. Jimin had left Jungkook's apartment around ten, giddy and grinning like a fool in love (which he practically was), to meet up with Taehyung and tell him all about his recent relationship development. (It's sufficient to say that his best friend had been over the moon with how happy he was when Jimin spilled the beans. He'd hugged him, kissed his cheek in excitement and declared that they should each drink a bottle to celebrate his virgin ass finally getting some dick. They didn't, drink that is. Just toasted on their coffees and chatted about how caring and sweet Jungkook was. It was perfect.)
