An Unexpected Confession! And a Mystery...

Tip 1: Make sure to get the good side of the girl you like.

Garu made sure not to annoy Pucca. Not even the slightest bit. He did nice things like a gentleman, like holding the door, pulling her chair, making sure she was safe when crossing the world, and even insisting on carrying her.

Pucca thought that something was wrong with Garu, so she was constantly checking Garu's forehead to see if he caught a fever. In response, Garu blushed slightly every time.

Tip 2: Give her lots of gifts.

Every day, for a week, Garu would send her at least two gifts and some flowers. Pucca felt a bit awkward accepting them. Every time she tried to ask Garu why he was sending these gifts, he would disappear right before her eyes.

Tip 3: Try to get close to her.

Garu would try to spend every second with Pucca, but he knows when to give her space. Pucca respects that he's giving her space when she feels a bit uncomfortable. But, what's more, uncomfortable is that she doesn't know why Garu is acting this way.

So, she decided to visit Master Soo.

Pucca asked him if he can cast a spell on Garu to find any sorcery on him. Master Soo accepted her request. He chanted as a ball of light came out of his staff and flew to find Garu. The ball of light went around Garu, detecting any evil sorcery. Garu shivered as soon as the ball of light finished its job and flew right back to its caster.

Master Soo held the ball of light as he absorbed it into his staff. "Nothing is wrong with Garu, Pucca. No evil sorcery, evil technology, not even an evil charm on him." said Master Soo."What a relief. I was getting a bit worried. Thank you, Master Soo, for doing this small favor." said Pucca as she bowed to him.

"It's no problem, Pucca. Now if you excuse me, I have some dates waiting for me!" Master Soo flew to his maidens who were waiting patiently. "I'm coming, ladies~~~" Pucca sweat-dropped.

After she left the palace, she went straight home and jumped on her bed. Maybe I'm thinking too much of this. It's not my business anyway. Pucca thought as she closed her eyes, ready for a nap.

But as 3 days pass, Pucca faced the number one thing she wasn't expecting to happen.

~Pucca's POV~

"Has anyone seen, Garu?" I asked Ching and Abyo. "No, I haven't," said Ching. "Why are you looking for him?" "I felt like sparring with him." "I think I saw him going to the Go-Rong Restaurant," said Abyo. "The restaurant? I left there like 10 minutes ago. Huh. Thanks, Abyo." I said to him before taking off.

Once I reached there, I immediately burst inside. "Hey, Garu!!! You want to spaaaa-......." I was shocked to see a bouquet of red roses in front of me. Garu's face slowly rosed up and he held up a sign.

My whole world froze and shattered as I read it.

I have feelings for you, Pucca!!! Will you go out with me?

What??? You have got to be kidding me, right???

I was speechless, but I gathered my courage to say something. "Is this a joke, Garu? Because it isn't funny." It took me some time to see the redness on his cheeks as he slowly shake his head.
