I woke up and looked around me. Darkness. Darkness and nothing. In all directions.
At some point I started thinking, shouldn't there be something here? Something anywhere?
So I started looking. I don't know exactly what I was looking for... but as I wandered, I saw a light in the distance.
As I approached, I found another... and another.
A trail of burning lights. They traveled out and away, their steady glow piercing tiny holes in the darkness.
They fascinated me.
I decided I'd walk until I reached the source.
I found a girl.
She was sitting on a bed of those stars.
It was a beautiful sight. She had pale skin that seemed to glow like the stars around her with long beautiful hair cascading down her back and around her.
She seemed to notice me, and she looked up.
Her eyes.
Her eyes were breathtakingly beautiful, they were a dark purple with stars flecked in them, it was like a galaxy was hidden in her eyes, waiting for me to explore them.
"Oh, someone's here..." She sniffed. Had she been crying?
"Excuse me, but... have you been crying?" She had been crying. Why?
"I-i felt so lonely, I... *Sniffle* ... I can't seem to stop!" She exclaimed. Oh, poor girl i-, before I could finish my thought she interrupted me
"But now someone's here! I didn't think anyone would come... But now your here!"
"W- waaaaahh!! Im so happy!!" She exclaimed while crying. Oh dear.
"If you're happy, ...then stop crying. Honestly space." I sighed
She stopped crying when I said that. She looked confused.
"...Huh? How did you know my name?" She asked with a puzzled expression.
"I-i don't know..., It just slipped out." I was confused, how do I know this girl's name? I had only meet her a few minutes ago.
How did I know this girl's name? She never told it too me... But something about her seamed so familiar, like an old friend.
"This isn't fair! I didn't even get to introduce myself, *sniffle*, And now I have to ask for YOUR name!" She looked like she was going to cry again, I didn't mean to upset her.
"It's time." yes, that's my name. Time.
She seemed pleased with knowing my name.
"Time... Time! Timetimetimetime. Time!" She begin to repeat my name over and over again.
"What are you doing?" I ask her.
"Saying your name eight times will help me remember. Eight on its side is infinity, thata how I'll never forget." She had a smile on her face while telling me this
"Hm, I see" interesting.
"So, time..." She begins
I wonder what shes going to ask me.
"Where did you come from?"
