3. the premier and after party

It's been a week since Eliza and maddy had hung out. the premier was today, and maddy was going to pick Eliza up. the premier started at 6pm and it was 1pm. eliza had just woke up, she stayed up until 4 am watching 'fate: the winx saga' and she was tired.
Elizabeth had went dress shopping yesterday, so all she had to do was wait for 4 pm to roll around so she could get ready. she got out of her bed and started walking down her stairs to make breakfast/ lunch.

"goodmorning mom" I said reaching the last stair, my mom was sitting on the couch watching a crime documentary. (I feel like all moms watch those)
"morning?? dummy it's 1pm?!" My mom said acting surprised. I usually wake up at like 9am. "I know mom, I was up late, sorry" I said walking into the kitchen and opening the cabinet. I grabbed a bowl and set it on the counter. "mom the premier is tonight. Maddy is picking me up" I said while pouring the milk into my Frosted Flakes. "okay, I'll be at work so take your keys" I nodded at my mom and sat at the table.

I put on my dress and curled my hair. I applied my makeup and took some photos for insta. maddy texted me and said she was leaving her house, so I threw on my black converse and put my keys in my black, cross body bag. along with some money. I put sweatpants and a shirt in my overnight bag, since I'm staying the night at maddys. I heard a car honk out side so I ran out of my room, down the stairs and out of the house. I locked the door and walked over to maddys car, I sat in the backseat next to maddy. "hello gorgeous" I said smiling and hugging maddy. "You look stunning!" I said laughing as she rolled her eyes. "and you.. look beautiful" maddy said to me and my face lit up, my smile being intense as I sat back in my seat and waited for us to arrive.

me and maddy walked through the doors into the red carpet, immediately we were swamped with cameras, and reporters. me and maddy posed and she went with the cast as I heard my name. "Eliza! Over here" I looked and saw my reporter friend, jasmine. "hi jas" I said smiling and she smiled back. "hello Eliza" she asked me a few questions, before I got called over by maddy. she was standing by the cast, I was so nervous. they were huddled up to the side of the curtain. "so guys this is my friend, Elizabeth" maddy said introducing me. someone stepped back, revealing.. none other than. The boy from the theater, who spilled my M&M's. that bitch. "hi everyone, call me eliza, or wtv" I smiled and maddy introduced me to everyone. "tristan, brady, Becca, spencer, miguel, Jordan, and mason" maddy said pointing at everyone. I smiled and we walked into the movie room, i had changed into my comfy clothes. I sat in between maddy and mason. great.

in the middle of the movie I felt someone staring at me so I turned and i was met with masons eyes, he quickly looked away. "what" I whispered in his ear, "nothing" he said and I looked away. the rest of the movie went okay, just akward. I guess. Robin and finneys phone call came on the screen, I smiled and then I heard "I miss you Robin" from finney and over the phone I heard Robin say "then get out for me"
I felt tears brim my eyes, and then fall down my soft cold skin. this was really sad. like fr. finney killed the grabber and then he had the hallway thing. I smiled and the end credits rolled on. I wiped my eyes and took a deep breath. "crybaby" Maddy said and I lightly smacked her head "oh shut up" we burst out laughing.

I was sitting in the middle of mason and Tristan on the couch and Brady was sitting next to tristan.
"hey so how do you know maddy?" tristan asked
I looked over and said "me and maddy met through instagram. and then we became like really close" I shrugged and smiled "that's cool, so your an actor?" brady asked "mhm, I've played in lots of things"
tristan looked at me curious. "okay I've played in stranger things, cobra kai, the last scream movie, ginny and Georgia, the chucky movie and then this movie called work it." they smiled and mason said "what else do you do, like other than acting" I shrugged "I'm a dancer" mason smiled "my sister does dance" I smiled. We sat there talking and I got everyone's phone number for when I went home the next day. I also followed everyone on insta. I was most interested in texting Mason about the movie theaters.

yeah, I'm gonna go to sleep, I have to wake up at 11 so.

I felt like maybe he didn't like me, I'm not sure. but I have dance in the morning, I am competing against this one dance school. (Y'all know where I'm going)
so I fell asleep, and when I woke up I put on my dance outfit and called my mom to take me. when I arrive I saw a whole bunch of dancers, i mean obviously. so I danced, against one of the best schools ever, and we won! "Im so proud of you guys" our couch said, I went into the locker room and changed. I walked out and grabbed my bag, I was walking to the exit, when I saw.. a particular boy. standing next to one of the girls I beat.
