"What the hell are you talking about? You mean that A might have knew your mom?," says Spencer.
"I don't know... maybe... But I didn't know what it was. Not in till now," I say.
"Do you remember what it said? It might be able to help figure out who A is," Emily says.
"No, it was from like two years ago. But... I think I still have it."
"Where is it?," the girls say at the same time.
"It's... It's back at my dad's house."
"You mean the dad that wants to kill you? The jacked up man who sent out a search party for you?," Hanna says.
"How did you know about that?"
"Aria told us is a quick summary."
"Oh. Well anyway we need to go and get it. We can't wait."
"Sophie, no. It's to dangerous for you. Even if we could, how would we get in the house unnoticed?" This came from Aria.
"He keeps a spare key somewhere on the front porch. I could get it and go in after he leaves for his job... if he still has a job anyway."
"No, just no. You're not going over there," says Spencer.
"Yes I am. And if you guys don't wanna help I'll get there my self." And with that somehow I find a way to get up. The girl's don't move. Just stare. I'm not up for five seconds before I get light headed again. That's when the girls make their move. They gently help me back on the couch and I don't reject.
"Claire, if you are one hundred percent sure that the phone there... we'll go to get it," says Hanna.
"Hanna, she was up for two seconds and she got light headed! We can't just storm up there like we're the military and break in. And Sophie's the only one that knows where the phone is," Emily says.
"Guys. I'm right here. You don't have to act like I'm not in the room."
"Sorry. There's never really been anyone else with A on their back other than us. Just new territory I guess," Emily says.
"No problem. It's just... if A really did kill my mom then I need that phone. We need that phone. They might be able to track down this A person and take him, her to jail for good."
"I know," says Aria. "but we'll have to wait till you can at least walk," she says pointing to me. "And in till then we can't go. Not unless you tell us where the phone is."
"I would have already. It's complicated. The lock anyway. I never unlocked it. The only way we could get to it is if I jimmy the lock. And no it's not with hair pins."
"I wanna ask how you'll unlock it but I don't wanna go into detail. We can do that when we're on our way. All who vote to leave Monday raise your hands?," Spencer says. And everyone does.
At least it's Friday. At least I think it is. Been a long time since I knew what day it was.
