Anne brings sprig out of the Plantars house to take him somewhere as a "last day" kind of thing
-And the butterflies and bees-
They find a few butterflies and sprig gets distracted, Anne eventually dragging him along farther.
-We can wander through the forest-
Anne shows Sprig a path in the florets and they start walking along, talking.
-And do so as we please-
The conversation goes into wholesomeness and Sprig talks about how he's glad they could do something like this.
-Come along with me-
Anne tells sprig to hurry up and they have a joking race.
-To a cliff under a tree-
Anne gets to the spot and when Sprig sees it, he's very confused. Anne explains what it is and they have a sentimental moment, eventually getting up again to go to another spot.
-Or we can gaze upon the water-
Anne shows sprig a small pond she visited when she first got to amphibia.
-As an everlasting dream-
Sprig and Anne sit next to the pond and Sprig brings up how this is Anne's last full day in Amphibia.
-All of my collections-
Anne and Sprig remember all the times they've had together. (Like sprig's 'action figure' collection)
-I'll share them all with you-
Sprig pulls out a gift and gives it to Anne.
-Maybe by next summer-
They talk about what the future might hold, and if they would ever see each other again.
-We won't have changed our tune-
Sprig starts to cry, not wanting it to end, and not wanting to let Anne go.
-We'll still want to be-
Anne starts to cry too, but tries comforting him.
-With the butterflies and bees-
A bee comes over to them and startles Anne, making them both laugh while still crying.
-Making up new numbers-
Sprig talks about how both of their friendships have grown (Sprivy and Sashannarcy)
-And living so merrily-
Anne mentions how amazing the time in amphibia was, and Sprig says the same about earth.
-All of my collections-
Anne mentions her clothing, joking about how some of them are missing from sprig becoming 'frog man'.
-I'll share them all with you-
Sprig apologizes, silently deciding on giving Anne some sort of replacement later.
-I'll be here for you always-
Sprig asks anne to promise something that she might not be able to.
-And always be with you-
Anne changes what he said and then complys.
-Come along with me-
Anne gets up and tells sprig they should go back home.
-And the butterflies and bees-
Sprig says he doesn't know if home will feel like home without anne.
-We can wander through the forest-
They go back to the Plantars house and go inside, hanging out with Polly too.
-And do so as we please-
Polly shows them Frobo's improvments that she made while they were in the forest.
-Living so merrily-
Anne, the Plantars, and Marcy get on joe sparrow and head up to Newtopia, sleeping a bit on the way there. As they get there and Anne sees the music box, it ends.
