Dust x Blue

Slipping Away from Battles pt.1

Blue POV-

The sounds of Ink panicking alarmed me and Dream's jigsaw puzzle, "Dream! Blue! Nightmare and his gang are attacking an AU!" Ink shouted. Dream stood up knocking our almost puzzle on the floor, "Let's go!" He shouted back. I let out a sigh and stand up, another battle in which Ink finds fun, Dream keeps trying to talk to his brother, and I become emotionally and physical drained. I follow Ink and Dream through a portal, and we arrive to see innocent monsters slaughtered with dust flowing in the air. "Brother! You have to stop!" Dream shouts. Nightmare turns around and an evil grin shows on his face, "Kill the stars but leave my brother to me." Nightmare ordered to his gang. The gang then darts towards us with Error and Horror attacking Ink, Killer and Cross attacking Dream, and Dust coming right for me. It was one-on-one and I felt slightly nervous. Anytime I had a one-on-one with a Dust he always managed to get good damage into me, and when it was two-on-one I usually had some back up. Dust lunges at me and almost tears my scarf, I kick his shin and try to take a hit with bone. 

Dust POV-

Damn! That little fucker always kicks my shins, I really need to expect it more. A bone attack comes, and I dodge it without any harm, I throw an attack back. I hear Blue yell and see that my bone attack managed to get his shoulder, "Once again, you can't win against me. You're nothing but a weak, useless waste of time!" I say to Blue. He looks honestly hurt, "I know... The least I can do is ignore the pain and try!" He says before pulling the bone out of his shoulder and using it for hand combat. Hitting and throwing himself at me back and forth, it was kind of too much. He was moving faster with each hit and finally got me onto the ground with him standing one leg on my stomach, "Wow... You've got faster. I'm honestly impressed, you've caught my attention now." I say and grab his leg throwing him to my left. He hits the ground with a thud, and I get on top of him with my hands pinning his arms and my ass holding him down. 

Blue POV-

I look up at Dust and then started kicking and trying to get him off me, "What's the matter baby Blue? Having a hard time topping me? ~" He asked in a flirtatious tone. It caught me off guard and I could feel myself blushing, "Excuse me?" I then see Ink hit him with his brush flinging him off me, "Blue, are you okay?" He asks. I could only nod, I look over at Dust while getting up and he looked pissed. He uses his magic and attacks Ink with bones before Error catches him again with strings, I then feel someone grab me and I'm then teleported. I turn and see Dust who grabbed me, "Let me go!" I shout. He gives a glare and picks me up slamming me into a tree, "Look baby Blue, I wouldn't be doing this, but boss is about to do a major attack and I don't want you there." He admitted. I'm now more puzzled than when I was completing a puzzle with Dream earlier.

Dust POV-

I've been impressed by Blue before and how he improves after every battle, he's interesting to me. That major attack boss was planning on doing was made to make the star sanses injured for months. An attack like that was made for Dream and Ink, it would kill Blue and I can't have my best entertainment dust. "Why would you help me?" He asked. I shrugged, "You're interesting~" I flirted. Making Blue blush makes me feel dominant over him and I can tell he finds me special too. "Dust, why do you do that?" He asks. "What do you mean?" I ask. "You keep flirting with me. Only couples, crushes, and wedded people do that! We're not a couple nor wedded and I doubt you find me attractive." Blue said. I shrug again, "You're cute, small, and easy to throw off. Why wouldn't I flirt with you?" Blue looks away, "I'm not small and I'm not gullible either. I just trust others too often..." "I hate to admit it, sometimes trusting people isn't that bad. Afterall, you can trust me." I tell him. He looks up at me still blushing, "Can I ask you something odd?" I nod, "Would you be interested in joining me for a night stroll in Outer tale?" He asks. I smirk, "Like a date? ~" He looks away and slowly nods, damn is this interesting! 

Blue POV-

I can't believe I asked him that! He was flirting with me! It was bound to be something between us! And who knows, maybe he'll become a star sans! "Alright, I accept. I'll meet you in Outer around nine thirty." Dust agrees. He then sets me down off the tree and punches my arm, "Ow! What's that for?!" I ask, holding my arm. "If the others don't see you with bruises, then they'll assume too much. I can't have my baby Blue in trouble~" He flirts. He winks and waves before teleporting back to his gang, I teleport back as well. I see Dream and Ink on the ground and their health dangerously down, for some reason Error and Cross look really sad. I run to them and help them both up, "This isn't over Nightmare!" Ink shouts. Nightmare looks pleased with himself, and I notice Dust flip me the bird which makes me shake my head. Dream summons a portal and I help them through quickly...
