Confess

Chapter one

People go and then come, accept it
-Venus Bloom

I smile as I got out of the car, my hands started to sweat as my heart beats like crazy.

I was in front of my house, our house. I was making a surprise for my husband and son, they haven't visited me which makes me sad but I'm thinking it's because of school.

The doctor said he hasn't come as often as he used to but I was too happy That  I'm going to see them after this long.

Two weeks ago I woke up from death, coma. I haven't seen any of them in almost three years, I was too excited to think about  negative thoughts

I looked at the two cars parked in front of me, a Range Rover and an Audi. I recognise the Range Rover he gave to me on our first anniversary.

I knocked on the door and wait, no one opened the door so I knocked again. I looked around a bit, noticing how he has changed most things. When the door opened I smiled and open my mouth but then close it as I saw no one but Vanessa.

Vanessa my childhood best friend, I frown but still smile. Her lips were apart as she left out a gasp "it's not possible" her words made me chuckle a bit.

"I missed you, "I said hugging her, but she didn't hug back. "Love who it is"a familiar voice spoke.

I awkwardly laugh at 'love'?

"Nessa," he says stopping as he saw me.

"Vee" he whispers, and my eyes began to tear. "Hey" he gulped. "No," Vanessa says as she tries to close the door but Owen stopped her.

"Come in"Owen spokes, I did so. Confused as hell.

Inside was so much different, everything it's white, and I mean everything. My eyes moved to Vanessa and Owen "what's going on"I asked, Vanessa, gave me a dirty look
Ouch

"Ness," I ask she scoffs, and my eyes moved to her stomach. "Congratulations," I said smiling "yeah thanks, it's our second one," she said touching Owens's arm, I frown

My heart stopped, and Owen was looking down. "Our, "I asked she smiles. "I'm sorry vee I am, we couldn't help it," she says I crossed my arms around my chest trying to control my nerves.

The realisation hits me, my whole body felt weak, I was at the age to cry but didn't. "I See," I Said looking at Owen and nodding.

"Where's my son," I ask looking at Owen. "He's with my brother," Owen says not meeting my eyes.

I hummed and sight, and silence filled the room so I looked at them.

I laugh, and they looked at me.

I laugh as tears were running down my cheeks. Owen looks at me trying to seem sad but we all know he's faking it, Vanessa was just staring as I laughed.

"God I'm so stupid," I said sobbing while trying to wipe my tears, still laughing.

I've never been so betrayed in my life.

"Well that took a turn," I said with my face straight. "My mother was right" I whisper "you shouldn't trust anyone..not even yourself," I said the last words looking into Owen's eyes

"Congratufuckinglations," I said smiling "I want to see my son, call your brother and tell him to bring him right now" I snapped "I can't" I frown

"Excuse me" Vanessa opened her mouth "don't get involved, you have nothing to do with this" I snapped at her she kept her mouth shut.

"He isn't with me" I close my eyes to calm myself down. "Could you stop making it so long and get to the subject?" I ask "he lived with my mother Venus" he finally says

"What the actual fuck Owen," I ask in shock, he left his son. I

"I can't take care of him" he argues "but you can fuck my best friend and raise her kids can you" I scoffed.

"They are worth it" he yells I froze.

"Come again," I ask taking a step closer. He did not just say what I heard him say.

"I said they deserve it, your son has been the worst" I slapped him, hard. "How dare you" I yelled.

"What have you done to him," I asked looking at Vanessa "I showed him the real world," I nodded.

"I see, well have a great life," I said looking at Owen and then leaving.
