"Faith!! Wake your Ass up, it's time for school" Lia said screaming in my ears. I got up and looked at the time and saw that it was 7:00. I got up and got ready and saw that Jerome was downstairs eating with Antonio.

"What you still doing here, you went home and checked on ma?"

"Good morning to you too" he said smiling while taking a spoon full of cereal

"Ugh, good morning child, now answer my question" i said while stealing his bowl of cereal

"I hope you brushed your teeth, putting your mouth on my spoon like I know where it been. Yes I went to look at ma she Alright I told her your here, and she got mad so....she pissed at you" I looked at him and rolled my eyes and took another spoon full of cereal

"You didn't answer my other question....why you still here?" He gave me a stink look and got up

"Obviously, I stayed because of Antonio, you not the only one with a friend here" he said while snatching his bowl of cereal from me and walking out to the living room Antonio started laughing and came to sit next to me

"Yo what's good with my sister and your brother, I know something going on, but he don't want to tell me like I'm going to be against it, he my brother and I trust him"

"Nothing is not going on between them, Lia likes him and he likes her back but he don't want to do that to you"

"Why they didn't just say something, got me thinking he don't trust me or sum, I have no problem with her going out, that's my sister business"

"You got to tell Jerome that because he don't want to over step his boundaries"

"Ight I'll see what he got to say,.thanks sis and be careful with Treyvon" I looked at him and gave him a crooked smile

"OK I will" he got up and went to Jerome and that's when I saw Lia standing by the kitchen door

"What y'all to was talking about" I looked at her and got up and made a bowl of cereal

"Nothing" she looked at me with a serious face

"What you mean nothing, I saw yall two having a long ass conversation"

"If you had time to stand there and watch, you should have had time to open those big ass ears and listen" She looked at me and rolled her eyes and started speaking spanish while going up the stairs. I got up and went in the living room and saw Jerome staring me down

"Take a picture and it will last longer" I said while throwing a pillow at him

"You just had to open your big mouth" I looked at him and then at Antonio and then we started laughing

"I think it's time for me to go put on my clothes" I said while kissing him on the Forehead and going upstairs. I heard Star in the shower singing and Lia on my phone. I ignored the fact she was on my phone and went to put on my clothes. I found my blue and black addidas with my blue crop top and my white uptowns. I went over to Lia to see what she was doing on my phone and I saw that she was going through my messages.

"What they hell Lia" she started laughing while I grabbed my phone out her hand and she got up from the bed

"Your freak, I never knew that" she said still laughing and thats when Satr walked in

"Who a freak? I know you not talking about future" she said looking for clothes in her duffel bag

"Yes, im talking about Faith, her and Treyvon is really hitting it off"

"Oh shit, finally she got a man, its about time" i looked at her and rolled my eyes. Ever since that day of the incident with D'angelo, Star been acting different. Lia noticed I had a frown on my face and then she turned around and went in her closet and picked out her green and black addidas with a green tank top, then she turned back around and gave me a smile, asking for approval to match with me. I gave her a smile and nod saying yes. She did the same thing to Star, but she gave her a fake smile and shook her head no.

"Lia you know I don't like matching with people, any way D'angelo thinks it's childish so I couldn't anyway" Lia looked at her and kissed her teeth and started cursing in Spanish

"I don't know what her problem" Star said while taking out her Nike grey sweats and a grey tank top with the sweater to match. I frowned and then left the room.

Lia P.O.V
Now a days I really don't think Star's been acting herself. I thought she would be my homie for life, but now she acting too shady. She is so stupid thinking D'angeli is going to change for her. Right now me and Faith have been coming real close, and she just been drifting away from the group. Right now I dont know what to think.
End of P.O.V

Lia walked out the bathroom looking pissed as she went downstairs to the living room. Antonio looked like he didn't even want to ask her what's wrong because he know how she gets. Lia then walked back out and went in the hall way to get something from the closet. Jerome got up and walked to her. Antonio got up after he Jerome left and came to sit next to me and then he started acting like a girl and saying OMG is he going to do it? Is he going to ask her out? And I started laughing.

"Hey, Lia whats wrong?" She looked up and her pissed look went away

"Umm, nothing" it as silence for a minute and then Jerome broke it

"Soo, um I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me this Saturday" Lia started blushing she was about to speak until she heard Antonio and me

"Oh shit" me and Antonio said while falling into the hallway on our knees. Star heard what was happening and came down stairs. Lia looked at her and rolled her eyes.

"Noisy much" Jerome said while turning his attention back to Lia

"Yes, Saturday will be fine" lia said smiling. I started jumping up and down like and idiot and went over to her, and then Antonio dapped Jerome and started telling him the rules for dating his sister but he was making joke with it to. Star came on joined the conversation even thou Lia wasn't really talking to her, she still wanted to share the great news with Star. Since everybody was ready we left and went to school. As soon as we reached there the bell rang and we went to our first period class.
